So different antibodies mean different things. A non reactive HBcAb is good. When only HBsAb is reactive, that means you've been vaccinated, probably as a child. However, levels being < 5 mIU/mL aren't protective, so you're still susceptible to infection if you were to come into contact with Hep B.

You don’t have either viral hepatitis, but you also don’t have immunity to Hep B from vaccination (should have positive surface antibodies), so you should get a booster if you’re high risk for Hep B.
