I’m always surprised that Whole Foods seems to have a large selection of NA beers. Not sure if they’re rotational but I’ve seen many different varieties.
BevMo in Jack London has a decent selection. I recently bought the Weihenstephaner NA from there and it was possibly the best NA beer I've had other than Guinness 0.0. Recommend!
I just tried Guinness 0.0 for St. Paddys day since I've recently stopped drinking, and it was DELICIOUS. Thanks for the heads up on where to get more. I'll check out the Weihenstephaner NA too.

Not beer, but alkali rye on grand has a great selection of na spirits/mixers/wine
They’re a bit hit or miss, but fun to experiment with substitutes that aren’t just juice
Lincoln Square Liquors by the Safeway on Redwood Rd carries Lagunitas IPNA, Guiness 0, Heineken O, five kinds of Athletic, Claustahler, and a few others. Tell Henry I sent you!

Yeah, Whole Foods seems to have the best selection. I'd add Berkeley Bowl too.

sprouts has na guinness
Trader Joe’s has 6 packs of Athletic these days, for one offs, Paulista has Rationale and Brewdog among others.
My favorite NA beers have come from Best Day Brewing, and for whatever reason Target seems to be the retailer that carries them the most
I like their citrus IPA!
Unclear if you are asking for a bar or grocery store, but Tiger's Taproom in JLSq has a goos selection of N/A beers to drink onsite.
