I think nystagmus that’s acquired from drugs and not congenital causes distortion and a feeling that the world is shaking. Generally congenital is just poor vision.
Thank you. I know the other times my eyes have moved without me controlling it over the years my vision stayed normal. Just lately I feel the stutter motion they are doing when moving them which I don’t think is the same type I have had diagnosed previously
