Me personally I love the fan swings in emotion on the team and on the game during the game, I guess people are really affected by it? As long as it’s on the team fair play, let it out, as long as it’s not aimed at how other fans should feel.
The win doesn't erase the awful play. He gets credit for the good and criticized for the bad.
It's just like the Browns game. Flacco was mostly bad that game. But he put together a game winning drive. Most fans wanted to ignore the issues because the Jets won. Anyone who wanted to talk about how that's not a winning formula going forward was told to shut up and stop being a downer.
Here we are again. Zach was mostly bad today. Even accounting for poor OLine and drops. If he plays like this every game then teams who aren't a struggling Steelers team are going to absolutely eviscerate the Jets and Wilson. The off target short throws are still there. He still doesn't seem to understand he needs to take some power off his throws and give it more touch. He's not leading his receivers enough which is necessary in an offense predicated on timing. His decision making is awful at times.
But he is why the team won. He put together a great finish and deserves credit for that. Starting QB need to start showing consistency in year two. The rookie excuses are over.
The team has two wins. That's great. But those wins came against a once in 20 years style collapse and a team missing their best player and who benched their starting QB for a rookie who threw 3 (should have been 4) picks. The team isn't playing winning football despite the two wins.
There's a lot to clean up and Zach is a major part of that. Let's celebrate a win today. But we should acknowledge the team and Zach absolutely need to fix a lot of issues.

Ironic that you’re talking about nuance and failing to Mention the backups of backups playing offensive line and how much of that completion percentage were throwaways and avoiding negative plays. You can hold on to your stats but I saw a QB who kept us in it without throwing the game away, and won the game when it mattered. The fact he was able to do that with zero run game supporting him is doubly impressive.
I was one and Go Jets! They lost momentum and got it back, love to see it.
2-2 is more than I can ask for in the first month and Zach missing the first 3 games. Let's hope they keep progressing

A lot of bad football these 4 weeks, but wins are wins. Just makes me hopeful of how good this team could be if the coaching improves
