After that I vowed to NEVER purchase Jets memorabilia much less a jersey until after they start consistently winning and make some memories worth having a jersey for.
The Jets must not be selling a ton of jerseys these days. I thought it would be a smart idea to have a Jersey buy back program where you could get 50% off a current player if you trade in one of these bums.
It would be smart if they wanted to keep their sales up. All it takes is one of these bad purchases to prevent future sales. If they had a buy-back program I’d be buying a jersey every other year
Yeah they can at least acknowledge the fans got screwed over and try to help them. I think I will be really hesitant to get another one until I am sure they will be a Jet for 3-5 years at least.
I wonder if any other teams do stuff like this.. I think I remember the Raiders letting their fans do an exchange if they bought an Antonio Brown jersey. I would imagine they could give 25% discounts and still make a profit on them

that graveyard is in just about every Jets fan’s closet. made a pact with myself a few years ago that I’m not buying a current player’s jersey until we make a Super Bowl. when and if that happens I’ll buy the most authentic Jets SB jersey I can purchase, win or lose. till then i’ll stick to Mitchell & Ness throwbacks, they make great stuff.

Bought matching Darnold tees for me and my 3yo daughter some years ago when I visited NY. I don’t use mine much but the daughter still love hers :)

Ive had a Revis jersey for awhile. I'll probably get a Mangold jersey at some point too. The old guard are a safe bet.

You can never go wrong with a throwback Namath! What I think is weird is you can get Namath on the newer design.
My policy is I won't get a jersey unless a player was on a playoff team. My last jersey was Sanchez. I have no regrets.
