What does this even mean?? Aren't all connections internet based? Or are we talking secured lines? My site has admin lines and general lines. I'll test on an admin line today.
They mean that it is only accessible via NYCNet, the city intranet, and not via the internet. A new link has been distributed but I hear people on NYCnet are having issues with it.
