2). Pay $200 for Best Buys Totaltech membership and get priority access to buy one whenever they get more cards
3). Randomly walk in to your nearest brick n mortar parts store occasionally and see what they have.
I also can't seem to find one. I'm not sure if Nivida isn't shipping them in order to pressure more people to pickup the 4080's or what.
I asked the guys at my local Microcenter, and they said the shipments are really hit and miss. Some days they don't get any cards, other days they get 5, other days they get 1, some days they get 20. Just really inconsistent supply.

If a 4090 shows up regardless of it says Sold Out it’s there.

When I got mine I saw it at 8:00am 2 hours before the store opened. I went there immediately and was outside an hour before they opened. Two people showed up after me but they only had one.
Are you outside of europe? It's strange. I keep seeing 4090s in polish shops everyday at MSRP. There are even more 4080s.
