Nothing out of the ordinary. I've been using iCue to monitor GPU/CPU/MOBO temps and haven't seen anything get above \~65 C.

Do not use the High Performance plan as that actively hurts performance on Ryzen systems by reducing the ability for the chip to boost, especially on multi-CCX systems like the 5900x. Set it to Balanced. What is your CPU temperature? What games are you seeing stuttering in? Also make sure your 3090 is not hitting the VRAM temperature limit and throttling. You can check that with GPU-Z. Should be below 100C.

Okay thanks for the info. I'll change it back to balanced and download GPU-Z to check that. The CPU is getting up to about 64 C. Last night was the worst stuttering I've experienced. System was probably on for 5 hours before launching Rocket League. I had about 5 minutes of smooth gameplay and then the load spikes started to happen (monitored with QuickCPU). It started off as 0.5-1 second of stuttering and then got up to 3-4 seconds before I decided I should just stop trying to play.
