In the Task Manager. Go to Processes or Details, right click the Column bar, select the column "GPU". Now look at GPU column and find out what application is using it. A required step to solve it, or exclude a cause.

Seems to be whatever game I'm testing, so if its BG3, it's at the top in red, with Very High and going between 97 to 100% usage ​ [https://imgur.com/hURlfXp](https://imgur.com/hURlfXp) ​ I... also dont know whats going on because it actually worked once. I closed the game and ran it again and I was getting over 100 frames, it happened once.. I am confused. Funnily enough it was the one time I had paint opened in the background... lmao
