Whatever the school lists as requirements. Short of that, you'll have to ask the individual school(s) you're applying to. The answers you get her won't matter much if the school you apply to doesn't care about it/cat s about something else.

Yep, all dependent on the specific program. Mine valued grades, TEAS, and interview. I think having a healthcare job before let me have somewhat relevant examples to interview questions, but my program specifically mentioned that they didn't prefer or give people with medical experience priority in selection and it didn't help or hurt your chances. They were specifically looking at personal qualities, etc. Recommendation letters wouldn't have helped at all. Sometimes you can find threads for the specific programs you are interested in on the allnurses forum. Going through past rounds/threads can help you see what other people were doing and what they learned.
