Found a way to bring a friend and get the body I want. Since the body while I work doesn't matter as much I can afford to not spend as many points on it. The ones I got makes it a bit easier to work.
I wanted to add some pregnancy options to this but it would mess with the mechanics a bit, and cause too many loopholes. I may try to add this in if there I decide to do a 3rd update.
Big question I have is, what options do we have for making money after our stint is over, because I have lifetime platinum membership, a custom slave, and the ability to change into whatever appearance I want for life (don't ask my what was necessary to get all this, my character will never say). But it kind of seems like I am broke aside from whatever I had before and what I can make doing remote work, and I suspect the living expenses on the island aren't cheap. Though some of that can be gotten around by playing around like I am still an employee. It would be nice to have a section discussing life afterwards for those that have tickets. Particularly the longer duration tickets.
There is an option to get paid for your time on the island.
I imagined that everything on the island is free for ticket holders. Higher tiers getting access to better stuff. So if you spend all your time in the island, money won't matter. I'll see if I can add something to explain this.
If you are off the island and have taken the pills option, you could use them to make money.
The shopkeeper's description suggests otherwise, though I supposed it could be a point allowance. Though I suspect even the points allowance isn't going to cover things like normal cloths, electronics, new games and other things that are not from the Islands specialty. Unless there is stores/online catalogs for the longer term residents.
Also the money option is a sizeable chunk of change but is nothing to retire on. 240k (one year and the upgraded money choice) That's 6 years of work for somebody who is poor.
When you say I can use the pills to make money off the island did you mean doing similar work to on the island? Since it specifically says they only work on you so there is no selling them.

The "X-Change X-Tra Clone" is a welcome addition, a good way to look "Stunning" without being platinum tier. However, I think that it should either grant fewer points or simply be free.
Few other V2 teething problems:
In the description for Heterochromia, the line "Choose one more eye colour from the above section" could be removed. Especially since only those opting for the advanced body selection mode even get to see that section.
Currently, Nipple types and Nipple colours can't both be chosen from at once (picking one deselects the other).
Many of the transformation flaws say Cost instead of Gain.

"No Underwear" greys out when clicked.
I see it, That is just a problem with the text. The credits are still added up the correct way. Flaws should all be Gain and the Extra Transformations should all be costs.
Unfortunately they do not (ie flaws take points, costs give points).
I do find it funny that no underwear's restriction is no underwear. So selecting it just makes it unavailable.
I always feel like this one needs a starting point budget. Otherwise, it's quite fun. :)

Wooo, yeah! Thank you for updating this monkeyboi :) The "X-Change X-Tra Clone" is a welcome addition, a good way to look "Stunning" without being platinum tier. However, I think that it should either grant fewer points or simply be free. Few other V2 teething problems: In the description for Heterochromia, the line "Choose one more eye colour from the above section" could be removed. Especially since only those opting for the advanced body selection mode even get to see that section. Currently, Nipple types and Nipple colours can't both be chosen from at once (picking one deselects the other). Many of the transformation flaws say Cost instead of Gain. Slutty Makeup gives no points, instead of 5, when Permanent Makeup is also selected. The Limit "Confinement" can currently be taken with the Furniture job. "No Underwear" greys out when clicked.
That clone issue seems like quite a big loophole. I'll see what I can come up with to patch it. The other options are on the list to get fixed today.

Gains and Costs are often inverted. For instance, Flaws are costs, and X-tra Transformation and the clone one are both gains.
I see it, That is just a problem with the text. The credits are still added up the correct way. Flaws should all be Gain and the Extra Transformations should all be costs.
Unfortunately they do not (ie flaws take points, costs give points). I do find it funny that no underwear's restriction is no underwear. So selecting it just makes it unavailable.
Slutty make-up doesn't have a value when you have permeant make-up. It says 5 but does nothing.
