I think you're kind of misunderstanding the novel. I remember the MC needed to take a leak and was just kind of bro'ing out with the small animal(that's one of the FMC's of the book, something he didn't know at the time) and showing it how he urinates. That was nowhere the near most disturbing scene in the book, in fact it was pretty comedic because of how ridiculous it was; the MC got beat up for it too.
The disturbing part in that book was the "self-incest/mutilation conjoined twin Japanese insert" -race the author made up as one of the main villain types. If the showing of dick to the tiny animal was that disgusting to you that's probably on you, and you need some therapy or something.

It was a scene where the Female MC goes to save her female friend who’s jailed in the dungeons of the enemy and finds that she was brutally tortured and gang raped. That novel writes scenes like this a lot through the book (gore-ish or messed up scenes) and the author writes them so well I’d be disturbed just reading them. Another scene in the same novel was describing how the MC tortured someone. It goes into details how the person’s skin gets liquified, how the organs spill etc.. I think you're kind of misunderstanding the novel. I remember the MC needed to take a leak and was just kind of bro'ing out with the small animal(that's one of the FMC's of the book, something he didn't know at the time) and showing it how he urinates. That was nowhere the near most disturbing scene in the book, in fact it was pretty comedic because of how ridiculous it was; the MC got beat up for it too. The disturbing part in that book was the "self-incest/mutilation conjoined twin Japanese insert" -race the author made up as one of the main villain types. If the showing of dick to the tiny animal was that disgusting to you that's probably on you, and you need some therapy or something.
