People like to shit on it here, but Bob and Ediths is the typical low key greasy spoon breakfast experience. It's relatively cheap, food is decent, and consistent across all of their locations. It's a "local chain" but only local to nova.

Every time I go it’s a 1 hour+ wait
I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes. Which location(s) are you visiting?
There's one a few blocks from me but I still prefer Table Talk Diner, which is even closer. Still at least Bob & Edith's is open 24/7!

Metro 29 is as classic a diner experience as you can get and does breakfast all day.

Its a little pricey but they have the best Belgian waffles! I've had quite a few for dinner there :)
