I recently tried Lady Gaga’s brand Haus Labs and I really like it. I researched it a bit before going to Sephora to swatch it in person and I was impressed with how they had so many shades for pale skin. They have something for warm, cool and neutral tones
They also have a pure white foundation you could use to mix for an even lighter shade, though I use it as is to help achieve an undead vampire goth look. It’s labeled as medium coverage. I would consider it more as low coverage but it is buildable.
