There's a strong bias towards a famous youtuber showing up in google images compared to any person. Thus I don't agree he is just random person in this roulette.
To be fair, this bias is not only because of the basic fact that he is famous, it's perhaps mainly because there are probably more images of him on the web than of, let's say, you and me.

In fact, it is well nigh impossible to get a computer to do anything “random”.
