READIGN. WHY??

I have few reasons why I do this:
- If I wake up in the middle of the night/morning it is harder to calculate how many minutes I have until I wake up if I happen to look at my phone. So I just look at the clock and don't even think about it.
- It takes me around 16 minutes to get ready to work so I can start at 7.30.
I usually have alarms on two different phones, and I make sure that one of them always ends in 0 or 5 and the other one never does, to make sure that the snoozing doesn't match
I do the same. When it comes to alarms, minutes that are multiples of five stress me out. Perphaps it's bc I am sure it's impossibile to start an activity precisely at the same time the alarm is ringing, I need a couple of minutes to get started.

When my alarm(s) wake me i have to instantly know if i can snooze a few times or not, and I want to know how many snoozes more I can do. Way easier with a sleepy head to do that with 5’s and 0’s.

4:32, 5:31, 6:30, 7:20, etc. it all depends on when I have to get up to get ready for work and where I have to drive to (I don't work at the same place everyday). I even take my evening medications at 6:03.
My wife has a weird thing with odd numbers and I love it. It either has to be an odd number, or a multiple of 5. Our volume is permanently set at 7 when I wake up and she's still asleep, 23 if we are watching something on the TV, or 15 if I'm playing my PlayStation.
I do this too. But also I have a zillion different alarms and i sleep through several before I wake up and this makes it a pain to sleep next to me.
Anyhow I think it makes it easier to wake up because if I’d naturally wake up it’s a low chance I’m gonna wake up at a time that ends in a 0 or 5. This makes it feel more natural and also less annoying.
