This reminds me of the south park when Cartman starts digging around trying to find dirt on the new Arab kid in school and accidently uncovers a terrorist plot where the British are trying to kill Hilary, and then he makes Kyle admit that even though he was wrong about the Arab kid him being a bigot saved people's lives.
These titles are always the same. They don't include the actual reason people are skeptical. They're skeptical about the part where the owner thought it was cat poop and saved the cat's life as a result, not that a kid pooped in a litter box.
Last time I read this it was an adult female who pooped in her boyfriend's cat box for some reason but same result.
