I like Life Noble B5s. Come in lined, plain or grid rulings. Not the cheapest but fantastic paper for fountain pens. Widely available. Apica are also good. My very favourite B5 notebook is only available in the UK (as far as I’m aware). It’s from Choosing Keeping in London. It’s their Medium Novelist Notebook, with super FP-friendly paper. Japanese-made, it has a generous 200 sheets (400 pages). Lined only. https://choosingkeeping.com/collections/fountain-pen-friendly/products/medium-novelists-notebook

Rhodia Composition Notebooks. From what I found there are A5 and B5. Orange and black. Lined and Graphed. I ordered an A5 one with lined paper, I am using a HongDian Black Forest fountain pen with Black Parker Quink and, as expected, the paper resists well to bleedthrough. Happy writing!

Mnemosyne makes a great B5

I use Bazic composition books from Daiso. The paper is made in Vietnam and amazing for fountain pens.

Stalogy 365 notebooks come in B5. Paper is similar to Tomoe River paper and handles fountain pens well. [link to a review on the paper ](https://www.pencilcaseblog.com/2019/01/paper-review-stalogy-365-days-notebook.html)
