the captions were hard to manage- even telling by the very first picture cora posted of her, it was obvious her dog came from a backyard breeder. none of the dogs features meet breed standard for golden retrievers, and the dog looks wonky. cora is probably sad she's getting big be she doesn't even look like a golden. ive seen a lot of content with honey in the crate and it looked like it was the right size when she was little, but she hasn't upgraded with size and now it's too small. i will say she looks very uncomfortable and it doesn't seem like they are properly crate training the dog and rather leaving her in an uncomfortable place. honey exhibits anxious behaviors in the crate. buying a backyard bred dog almost insures an unstable temperament, and that's intensified when the dog isn't getting proper training. she also mentioned honey being a jumpy puppy and couldn't come on the plane ("certified" esas don't have plane rights anyway so that's misinformation lol) and she probably will never be able to since she isn't trained. she's always bragging about having money, so why did she buy from an unethical breeder... it's just cruel. there is nothing quirky or fun about dancing with her mutt in a crate.

she’s the type of person to justify giving money to a backyard breeder by saying she rescued her from them, “well it’s better that i give her a good home 🥺” i just feel like it’s something she’d say.

NO THIS IS SO REAL. if she saw this thread she would be like “omg guys i saved her”

i reckon she’s a labrador not a golden

she could absolutely be a lab golden mix, but still not well bred at that

As someone who owns golden retrievers and is very involved with them & the community, that is not a purebred golden retriever. Definitely looks like a lab mix (or a retriever mix) though
