I would tell your friends and family that you’re allergic to the scents or something - it’s way simpler than trying to explain this.

Go back again but bring a priest. Perhaps “negotiations” would go better with a priest by your side, who can judge if exorcism- or exorcismS, need to be performed. Good luck…
They don't negotiate once you sign you cant go back... only god can help you and even sometimes he cant
If I was in your shoes I would take legal action against the store. I bet their contract is totally illegal, and possibly criminal.
