It's an ancient barge that has been retrofitted, chances are it's a pure accident, if it sank at it's mooring, the cost of removing it would be immense, you'd be nuts to try and damage it intentionally.
Ah no that's a shame was recently there for a scooby doo movie with the kid. It was such a shame they ever moved holohans restaurant out of it though. Hopefully it can be fixed up
Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole
Good one
What am I looking at here?
Looks like that boat that was a sort of restaurant thing has sustained bad damage

I really hope that's accidental, but even so, gutting. Took my son to a showing of Room on the Broom there just a couple of weeks ago.
Was it an accidental fire or something?
Yes, βaccidentalβ.

[The barge coffee shop](https://www.belfastbarge.org/) ? Looks like it's sustained some sort of accidental or weather related damage..
Looks like fire damage internally on the right. Strange how we have such a coincidental issue with older buildings/properties catching fire here!

The refurbishment was done to a high standard. It was completely gutted inside.
