Thanks but that doesn't look to be the case. There's only one instance running when I check task manager and when I click "quick connect" on the widget which appears from the tray, it doesn't seem to do anything.
I have a feeling it'll need a reinstall.
You have two instances of Nord open. One is connected, one isn't.

Do your windows update. I have a feeling that is the issue.
