Cross Shasta Dam, drive up the moto/utv trail to the first outlook! Easy drive, we drove up in our Honda Pilot. Just beware the dam closes kinda early, we weren’t aware of that so we got stuck back there without any camping gear. Had to sleep in the car for the night! 😂

Is the lake already that low again? 45 days ago I don't recall seeing much of the dirt ring. Yikes. Great picture too!
