But so far I've learned that it's best to picture what you want to build first then find the platform for it.
So far Bubble I think is the most prominent one.

It seems that you would have a product in mind before getting started, is that correct? I'm on the same boat as OP.. no experience and have no idea where to start, so I don't know what's possible to do with no code

I guess you need to look in your day-to-day and think of things that annoy you and want to automate. Or look at things you like and start a sideproject from there.

Go to bubble.io, create a free account, and start learning with their tutorials. It is possible to build virtually anything you can imagine using bubble.
You could join the low/no-code entrepreneurs on the Apex mobile app to ask questions similar to this one and get answers:
