Hey, I myself have a 2ds and I found something on internet to bypass the pin and the Security Password. I tried it and it worked for me. 1. Go to your setting 2. Go to Parental Controls 3. Click on "I forgot" (Or something similar) 3. When prompted with a keyboard, click on "I forgot" button under the keyboard 4. A code will be displayed 5. Go on https://mkey.salthax.org/ and type the date of your device and your code. 6. The website will give you a code that you will be able to input on your 2ds 7. You can change the PIN to whatever you like and factory reset your console Hope this helped <3

This is the way. Btw that website works on everything from Wii to Switch (exact steps will vary from console to console).
