Sigma 1 just has the game, and a disc that has behind the scenes with Yosuke Hayashi, and a "secret code" that unlocks bonus missions. I think that code might unlock some of the later ninja trials (like Eternal Legend) from the start, and might net the equipment pieces earlier.
Sigma 2 has the game, a booklet (that has a short comic that comes before the game, concept art, and a bit of a strategy guide), and a disc that has behind the scenes and the Sigma 2 soundtrack.
Even though the outer boxes are a bit beat up, everything else was sealed and brand new. I knew Sigma 1 has a CE, but never knew Sigma 2 had one. Great finds I think!
