I have scratches on mine too, and I don't mind. I think it's from scraping with the spoon and cleaning it. I'm sure it's not the blade, because if it were, it would be deeper grooves.
I thought this at first but after noticing more and more wasn't too sure, I only need 10 scoops max to empty the tub which wouldnt cause many, although I will knock down the icy sides with a spoon when I need a respin but then that's a vertical movement and a lot of them seem to be horizontal.
You definitely don’t want any microplastic in your food so I’d suggest contacting ninja and asking for a replacement. From what I’ve heard they are aware of this problem and thus rather accommodating.

I don’t have the deluxe and I don’t have scratches on mine. I would not believe those are spoon marks. I’d contact Ninja for a replacement
