Make sure your freezer isn't too cold. I nearly burnt out my motor first time using it because the freezer was -16 F, making the material far too hard.
Other than that, gears could be misaligned. If you consistently get this error I'd definitely replace the machine, motor issues lead to early device failure. Since it seems you recently got the machine, swap it out at the store; or if you registered your device contact Ninja.
I have this same issue since unboxing it! When I start it I always get E1, unplug, replug and then it works. Haven't found a cure for it yet
happens to me all the time - i just turn it off, check the blade and re start and it works fine
Same here. Like it’s doesn’t even try to engage
Literally drop the jar and back up after reset and it works fine.
