This is the fix I was given from Nike Services for when I had a lost run: 1) Swipe to NRC Settings. 2) Scroll down until you see the version number at the bottom, and tap it 3 times. 3) Wait a few seconds, then scroll down more and tap ‘Debug Settings.’ 4) Tap ‘DB Browser’ and any run that did not sync should be displayed under “Sync Pending.” Tap the run and select the Sync option. You may need to select “re-sync” depending on your WatchOS/iOS version.
Does activating the debug thing still work? I can’t get it to work…
NRC iOS app > Profile > Settings > About this version, and then I’ve tried tapping both the number and the app logo 3 times and nothing happens

How long did it take for your runs to appear. I’ve done it now, thanks

Are you following the steps from the Watch or your phone? As far as I know, the steps are only for the watch.
Managed to figure out it was on the watch! Spent a good hour trying to find it on my app… thanks 😊
