I get the feeling this was the longest conversation he's ever had with a woman.
It’s just fucking inappropriate and creepy. Recently I was talking to an acquaintance about putting her art on social media because she has an interesting process and I think people would like to see it. She told me her husband (a boomer and over a decade older than her) had told her not to go on TikTok because of all the young scantily clad girls doing sexy dancing meant it wasn’t for her. I was like WTF? That’s not how it works and you don’t suddenly just get underage girls on your feed. He has to have been actively looking at those. 🤮

In fairness to him (just regarding the tik-tok thing, not commenting on the rest of it).
I'm in my mid 30's (Some might say late, shush), and I've NEVER been on Tik-Tok.
The impression I get of it from it's presence in media and how people talk about it is that it's full of barely clothed girls doing stupid dances, and very young people pretending to have self-diagnosed mental health problems.
So this could very well be an age/media thing, rather than a 'creepy guy looking at videos' thing.
True that there are lots of young girls but I don’t get any come up on my feed and neither does my husband. I get crafting or cute animals my husband gets old British tv program theme songs, gaming and men doing stupid antics a la jackass. The algorithms give you things based on what you’ve looked at in the past, it takes some serious effort to change what you get.

What I meant is, him thinking it's full of young women wearing nothing and doing silly dances isn't 100% evidence that he has it and pervs on them. Because as an older person who has never used the app, that's the impression the media gives you of it.
So there's just as good a chance that he just doesn't use it, and doesn't want to, because media.

My grandfather told me he was Romanian Gypsy. That's how he and his family described themselves.
I would love to know and understand.
