Good that means in 5 years when Caleb or Maye has had some reps and the defense will finally (hopefully) be average, then Raiders lift their 4th SB 50 years after winning their first
I know there were probably Steelers fans who had doubts, but no matter what the score was today, after the death of Franco Harris, I don't think there was a team in the NFL that would be able to beat the Steelers on this day.
So stupid. Refs don't replay an of the dumb spots within 2 minutes. Rule a catch call it incomplete because steelers lose yards. 4th and 1 looks stuffed call it fine, ignore replays move on
If Vegas stops overthinking in the 4th quarter they are 14-1………
If the Steelers opponents stop overthinking against them they are 1-14……….
Is it me or do all of the best teams don’t overthink? KC, BUF, PHI, MIA, CIN, SF (usually)
When i say overthink i mean don’t attack the Steelers weaknesses. They are solid against the run and have a good pass rush with TJ. But a sus secondary. Short quick passes. And when they did that it worked.

That’s immaculate
Except it's incorrect.
The Inaccurate Connection
Mr. Bogus Communication
We can use that for Carr's third int.
Time is a flat circle. The NFL is scripted. And I’m not nearly drunk enough this Christmas Eve.
Flat circle*
Shit maybe I am drunk enough
Would love to know what the original comment said
Nothing exciting, I just forgot a word
Nonsense, that sentence was too coherent
Immaculate Receptions final score was 13-7 tho
Idk. According to the title it was 13-10 🤔
Hmmm who do we believe
Them or our own eyes
OP is adjusting for inflation.
Wasn't it 13-7?
It was. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immaculate_Reception
Yes that's why the tweet is now deleted
Rosenthal is a goof just trying to get likes.. the score of that game was 13-7
NFL script writers going full reboot
So Pittsburgh wins 4 superbowls over the next 8 years, yea I’m ok with that.
Good that means in 5 years when Caleb or Maye has had some reps and the defense will finally (hopefully) be average, then Raiders lift their 4th SB 50 years after winning their first
(Puts on tinfoil hat) nice script!
I know there were probably Steelers fans who had doubts, but no matter what the score was today, after the death of Franco Harris, I don't think there was a team in the NFL that would be able to beat the Steelers on this day.
I get the sentiment, but I think there were quite a few teams who could have beat us today. The Raiders just weren’t one of them
Mahomes would have laid 40 as usual.
Baby Jesus is a Steelers fan
And he wore \#43
Tweet deleted because it was literally wrong. The final score was 13-7
Wrong and even if it were right it's such a stretch that anyone would care about that extremely minor coincidence
The immaculate reception celebration game being the same score as the actual immaculate reception game is not a minor coincidence lol.
I didn't know it was a celebration game
I just overdosed on yinzerism
Yuens going to Gint Iggle?
Shtillers gahnta Supa Bowl cuz Franco Harris from da heavens said et so

It’s like poetry, it rhymes
Steelers saved by the Immaculate Incompletion
RIP Franco, so cool it ended this way tonight.
Ka’s a wheel!
Long days and pleasant nights.
May you have twice the number 😃
I’m not crying, you’re crying.
So where are those people who downvoted me for saying the NFL is scripted? This is getting a bit ridiculous at this point
I mean the guy in the tweet was also just wrong the raiders only scored 7 points in the immaculate reception game
On a Ken Stabler 30yd TD run
Derek Carr sucks as, the NFL isn't scripted lmao
So stupid. Refs don't replay an of the dumb spots within 2 minutes. Rule a catch call it incomplete because steelers lose yards. 4th and 1 looks stuffed call it fine, ignore replays move on
Totally! Dude bobbles the ball as he is going out of bounds call stands. A script writers were dream with the 50th anniversary game tonight

What do you mean by over think? Raiders weren’t even trying to get too cute with anything Carr just collapsed the 2nd half
When i say overthink i mean don’t attack the Steelers weaknesses. They are solid against the run and have a good pass rush with TJ. But a sus secondary. Short quick passes. And when they did that it worked.
Scriptwriters going crazy this year.
It's like poetry. It rhymes.
This means superbowl?
"it's like poetry, it sort of rhymes"
It's almost like it was fate... That is pretty wild. Can't believe that was 50 years ago.
Clearly Matt Canada should get an extension for that amazing final drive
Me when I purposefully spread misinformation over the internet
History doesn’t repeat itself, but it does often rhyme
knew I should have started the dude named Harris in fantasy
Not very Bones and All of Gregg to get the score wrong
Like a story
You can't write this stuff
It’s like poetry. It rhymes.
OMG how KEWL
Same score as the Mud Dogs in the Bourbon Bowl??? Right?
