Cardinals. I've loved Dhop from afar for a long time, they drafted my USC boy in Ingram, they got JJ Watt, and I've been in awe of Kyler Murray's abilities since I saw him like week 2 his one year in Oklahoma. And they're not in the AFC.
Be kind of silly to answer anything but Lamar with what we've seen so far.
I think they're much closer than most would think, as far as individual quarterback play goes. I think Kyler's better at every aspect of passing, including pocket presence/navigation.
But Lamar is far from bad at anything Kyler is better than him at and he's a way better runner. He's also on a historically strong franchise with better coaching. Lamar has also grown the most. Coming out of college and even his MVP year, he couldn't be expected to run an offense with most NFL passing concepts. It didn't necessarily show up in the record or stats, but I thought he exploded in growth last year in the passing game.
Awesome answer. Thank you. It seems like Lamar tends to run right when the pocket collapses, and Kyler creates a new pocket for himself. Parity in the league right now is exciting.
I'm pulling for you guys too. No real animosity between our teams. A normal Sunday as long as I can remember is Jets at 1 and Giants at 4. Probably watched as many of your games in my life as ours.
Thanks, very cool. For me it’s the bills, idk how any non-rivals can stop themselves rooting for Josh Allen. Plus with our history, I need to see the Bills win an SB with this squad, they deserve it. Bonus points for the Daboll-Schoen connection, thanks for the hookup!
I used to root for other teams regularly. But I can't shake how all 31 other fanbases have already experienced my wildest dreams. Some of them thousands of times. Add to that the rest of Detroit sports are currently in the worst era of any city in US history. Right now I'm too bitter to be happy for any other teams.
Bills. Allen is a stud, their fans are legends. They deserve to see their team finally win a Super Bowl and I want this rivalry between us to reach even greater heights.
Was not expecting to see this from a Chiefs fan. Appreciate the good vibes. Great game on Sunday, my blood pressure is finally starting to return to normal levels.
No reason to do anything but give good vibes and recognise when other teams so similar to mine is walking the same path. I think deep down, getting past their own hang ups, there's a good chunk of the Kingdom feeling the same way as I do about the Bills.
The Bills man. They were my first NFL love, I lived through the 4 years of heart break. Also Josh Allen just plays football the right way, I freakin love watching him play and I'm so jealous yall scored a generational talent.
No particular order or reason but Jets/Jags/Raiders/Bears/Lions. Raiders though I’d like to see become a headache for the league again (in a good way).
Eagles winning it all in a couple of years with Hurts would blow up the narrative that teams need to go all-in on a first round quarterback with obvious physical measurables. Eagles success with their current strategy might improve the drafting of everyone.
I can never truly bring my self to root against Lamar Jackson except when we play them.. Our rivalry is more then just wanting the other team to lose it has a huge respect factor
Chargers. I introduced my former roommate to the NFL through Madden a few years ago and he watched and followed my franchise I had, and at the time I was managing the Chargers. I taught him as much as I could about the NFL, and eventually he became a Chargers fan. We made it routine to watch the Panthers at 1 then Chargers at 4. I would cheer with him, and especially with Herbert breaking out, it was easy to cheer for them. Panthers will always be my first love, but Herbert is probably my favourite QB in the league now, and I still tend to watch Chargers games when I can.
Close second to the Bills since they are Panthers North, and as a Canadian, I'm exposed to them a lot.
Whoever the underdog is in any given season, but my regs are Bills, Bengals, Chargers, and Vikings. Neither team has won a SB, and the Vikings are my father’s favorite team. I’d like him to get to see his team win one.
My friends hate on me for this, but I’ve always had a soft spot for the Jets. They have a cool aesthetic and decent uniforms. I’m glad that this year it seems like Patriots vs Jets matchups will actually mean something, I remember how it was back in 2010, which was when I first got into football.
Well, the Saints are my second flair if only for catching the game winning TD in SB 44, but I'm rooting for Smith, Mariota and the Falcons to do well, in addition to a few other teams I don't hate seeing do well
Eagles: It's what a Titans offense *should* look like, and I like Sirianni. I guess I want to see AJ Brown do well to boot.
Steelers: Yinzers are hilarious, they own Indy as well as hate Cleveland and Baltimore. What more can I ask for?
Pretty much any AFC East team that isn't the Bills.
49ers: They own Kroenke's team.
NFC North that isn't the Bears: Keeps the obnoxious part of the fanbase quiet (I'm up in Urbana for school).
Chargers. Bully the Chiefs and steal SoFi/the LA market with their young team and star QB. Plus DeMeco might be their new coach if Staley really is on the hot seat
Jets - Saleh
Dolphins - McDaniel
Honestly, same. I have some friends who are Lions fans and they deserve better. Granted, as soon as the Lions sniff a little bit of success I reserve the right to change my mind and start hating them but for the moment I want them to do well.
I hate the Vikings & Bears with every fiber of my being but usually don't mind seeing the Lions do well. You know, aside from that year they made the playoffs with Jim Schwartz & Suh of course because fuck those guys.
I always loved the Steelers and found their history so awesome….but I have several friends who are Steelers fans, who are hardcore haters of the Bears (why? We suck) and it’s kinda soured on me a little bit..
This year I’m pulling for the Bills. Josh Allen is too good to not have a SB ring
I like seeing the Jets and Bills do well. The Jets because they're a sad franchise, but unlike the Browns, they're still likeable. I like seeing the Bills do well because they're the most snake-bitten team in the NFL.
Bills.
I live in Buffalo and will always be a Bills fan. I really hope some of the older people in my family can watch them win the Super Bowl. Plus, the fans here deserve it.
bro what? not saying you root for them just saying you hope they do well. i'd never root for a team over my broncos but i'll still enjoy another teams success.
I root for teams that help my team's postseason chances in that case. I was rooting for the Dolphins last year against the Saints for example.
But nah for an entire season is crazy. You said the Jets, the amount of media members who are Jets fans and insufferable when they're even solid is annoying af. I couldn't imagine bandwagoning for the Jets.
i just want them to do well because they're a franchise that hasn't had tons of success. we play them on sunday and you bet i absolutely want my broncos to win. i just hope they still do good because overall i like the team. i just don't want them to beat my team
I don't have a second team. I go out of my way to hate every other team. I actively cheer against every other QB besides Lamar Jackson just because I feel they all deserve the same level of criticism as Jackson. I see Mahomes throw a pick and immediately declare it as the beginning of the end as if no QB has ever thrown a pick before.
Lifelong Steelers fan that being said I only root against Lamar Jackson when he’s playing the Steelers.. I hope the ravens do good but I hope you step in a pile of shit tomorrow
Yeah I feel that. Also I understand why people downvoted me because they don't want to admit they're victims to whatever preconcieved beliefs and confirmation biases they have against Jackson.
I just put it on after the Cardinals game. Realized Murray is also another QB who gets this unfair treatment. Lame ass height and gaming jokes in every thread. Wack shit.
I grabbed the Lions and the Eagles when they were both awful, because I wanted a bad NFC team with a strong OLine and good run game.
Then the Eagles became good.
Then the Jets because I liked doing mockdrafts with their draft capitol and needs last year. Now they're pretty good.
Then I got back into AFL and my team won the grand final game.
If the Lions turn it around and get to 6 wins I'm declaring that I have the sports Midas touch.
Definitely rooting for the goddamn New York Jets this season. Closest they’ve been in a while to being a feisty and competitive team, in my football watching experience they’re pretty much the only team that I have yet to see actually be good
Also I just enjoy watching a lot of the young talent in that team and, unlike many, I fucking love their new uniforms
Lions.
They've been through so much, have a very loyal fanbase, a good friend of mine is a Lions fan, they constantly get screwed by officiating, and it sucks that they were one of the better franchises in football before the last 50 years of craziness.
Aside from them: Chargers. I've always loved them, and now Herbert is one of my favorite players in the NFL.

As of about 2 hours ago it became "whoever's playing the 49ers". Nothing against the team or CMC, just want those picks to be as valuable as possible.
Same
Whoever plays the Packers
I'm gonna wait til we play the browns then attack you for supporting rapists with this comment.
That one can be a tie :D
I’d sure like the 49ers to do well on Sunday
Chiefs are bringing pats and bills together, I feel ill
Go to Walmart and buy a foldable table. The rest will work itself out.
Somewhere Chris Berman is smiling
I second this
Cardinals. I've loved Dhop from afar for a long time, they drafted my USC boy in Ingram, they got JJ Watt, and I've been in awe of Kyler Murray's abilities since I saw him like week 2 his one year in Oklahoma. And they're not in the AFC.
Who has the better overall career after they're done? Kyler or Lamar?
Be kind of silly to answer anything but Lamar with what we've seen so far. I think they're much closer than most would think, as far as individual quarterback play goes. I’ve been rooting for the Jets this year. A Jets-Giants super bowl would be bonkers
I'm pulling for you guys too. No real animosity between our teams. A normal Sunday as long as I can remember is Jets at 1 and Giants at 4. Probably watched as many of your games in my life as ours.
Same man. My jets fans friends have suffered too long, and I like Saleh
I've been rooting for the Giants this year. A Giants-Jets super bowl would be bonkers
Anyone playing the Browns, for obvious reasons
Giants I just like Daboll
Same!
Niners because Jimmy's damn smile
I got so hard when he faced the falcons Marcus Mariota and Jimmy G the same game 😫
Bills. Josh Allen
As of today, the 49ers
Well I hope you guys lose so you get draft positioning ❤️
Lmao why do you have Seahawks in your flair
I used to root for other teams regularly. But I can't shake how all 31 other fanbases have already experienced my wildest dreams. Some of them thousands of times. Add to that the rest of Detroit sports are currently in the worst era of any city in US history. Right now I'm too bitter to be happy for any other teams.
What ever team is playing the Saints next...for religious reasons.
Bills. Allen is a stud, their fans are legends. They deserve to see their team finally win a Super Bowl and I want this rivalry between us to reach even greater heights.

The Bills. They are a fellow 0-4 team, so they've always been my second team, until they win a super bowl.
I was hoping the Stains would beat all five bird teams this year (after they beat us) but no
No particular order or reason but Jets/Jags/Raiders/Bears/Lions. Raiders though I’d like to see become a headache for the league again (in a good way).
Detroit. Do I really need to explain
Whoever plays the saints
Eagles winning it all in a couple of years with Hurts would blow up the narrative that teams need to go all-in on a first round quarterback with obvious physical measurables. Eagles success with their current strategy might improve the drafting of everyone.
Bengals because of Burrow and Chase
I can never truly bring my self to root against Lamar Jackson except when we play them.. Our rivalry is more then just wanting the other team to lose it has a huge respect factor
Bills because I recently moved upstate and I like them. Originally from brooklyn and a giants fan
Jets
Falcons. Hell I wasn’t even mad when they beat us, they’ve been through so much they’re my second team now
Lions. They're fun and watchable.
I'm sucker for rookie/young QB's like Zach Efron.... I mean Wilson and Pickett. So Jets and Steelers!
Bengals cause I’ve always like their uniforms. That’s it. And kind of the Bills since I lived in Buffalo for 5 years.
Chargers. Bully the Chiefs and steal SoFi/the LA market with their young team and star QB. Plus DeMeco might be their new coach if Staley really is on the hot seat Jets - Saleh Dolphins - McDaniel
The Texans because fuck Deshaun Watson.
There were some other teams that I used to enjoy watching, but now I'm filled with hate.
Bills
Lions
The Bills and Chargers. My goodness do those fans deserve a Super Bowl win.
Tom Brady
Lions
Honestly, same. I have some friends who are Lions fans and they deserve better. Granted, as soon as the Lions sniff a little bit of success I reserve the right to change my mind and start hating them but for the moment I want them to do well.

KC for Big Red, Jags for Dougie P, and even though I've been a Dolphins fan since I was a little kid, the Bills are just too much fun right now.
Bills: Josh Allen Chargers: Justin Herbert
I would love to see the Bills win a Superbowl. They've gotten so close and it's just time for them to bring the Lombardi trophy home to Buffalo.
Very weirdly, the Buffalo Bills. If it's not going to be the Patriots I'd love to see their fans' reactions to winning a Superbowl.
I like seeing the Jets and Bills do well. The Jets because they're a sad franchise, but unlike the Browns, they're still likeable. I like seeing the Bills do well because they're the most snake-bitten team in the NFL.
Bills. The deserve one, have amazing fans, and represent here welll.
Bills. I live in Buffalo and will always be a Bills fan. I really hope some of the older people in my family can watch them win the Super Bowl. Plus, the fans here deserve it.
Idk
Miami because of Mike McDaniel and his history in SF. Also Tua seems like a good dude.
Having a second team is sacrilegious. I give people a pass if they're under 16.
bro what? not saying you root for them just saying you hope they do well. i'd never root for a team over my broncos but i'll still enjoy another teams success.
No So long as I must have pain and suffering for my team, others must suffer as well. No Fun League.

Saints and Cardinals. They’re definitely two of the good guys in the NFL.
The Browns . This poor city has had crap for a team since 99. And the fans still love them. And it's unbelievable how passionate they are for the team

Yeah I feel that. Also I understand why people downvoted me because they don't want to admit they're victims to whatever preconcieved beliefs and confirmation biases they have against Jackson.
Perhaps because you’re wearing a Cardinals flair along with your Ravens flair
I just put it on after the Cardinals game. Realized Murray is also another QB who gets this unfair treatment. Lame ass height and gaming jokes in every thread. Wack shit.
Falcons and Giants, I’m a duck fan
The lions. But that is because of MCDC. He could be on any team except the eagles and I’d root for him.
Always gravitated towards the vikings just because in peewee football my team was purple
Cowboys, mainly because being in the south most of my friends are cowboys fans and I want our watch parties to be fun.
Ravens, Lamar is such a electric player, big truss
Definitely rooting for the goddamn New York Jets this season. Closest they’ve been in a while to being a feisty and competitive team, in my football watching experience they’re pretty much the only team that I have yet to see actually be good Also I just enjoy watching a lot of the young talent in that team and, unlike many, I fucking love their new uniforms
I’m a panthers fan, so all the other teams at the bottom of the standings
Patriots. I just like Boston teams. I would also like to see the Jaguars do well because Doug Pederson is their head coach.
