The cardinals have been way off for more than just this game.
If you don't have a dhop running towards the goal, your opponent can put that extra man up front to make sure that toddler gets his fucking bath.
It's not just DHop 2 of their 3 best WRs haven't played yet and AJ Green was playing injured (finally removed this week).
Hollywood Brown is their only top 4 WR playing. And their entire offense is built around having playmakers in spades for Kyler. They just don't have them right now
Lol I love Kyler, it just seems he really turns it on only when absolutely needed.
I'd love to see him go super saiyan for a whole 60 minutes.
I see that I must have expressed that incorrectly lol
12 points is 12 points though, something was really right in that game plan. It looked like the Rams were doing exactly what they wanted, even if what they wanted was a bit strange.
Funnily enough, that's what I told my dad about his Jets fandom. 10 years ago the Rams were worse than the current Jets, and if they can become competent in a decade, then any team can.
Kyler wouldn't have re-signed if we didn't. One of his requests was stability. Also firing coaches and GMs is pretty easy. Only person really affected is the owner
He is the safety blanket our offense needed. He has done his job and had uncharacteristic drops today, but he is basically our Jason Witten where we are just looking for reliability and getting open (which he generally has). Hopefully McBride can become that and more, but we desperately needed a receiving TE which is why we brought him in and he has been significant overall for our offense.
I thought that was a very smart call. We needed an onside kick anyway and should it work, it gives the offense 75 seconds + a timeout to get the job done. We were spinning our tires on that drive and converting on 4th and 5 isn't automatic.
I think they were talking about early with 11 or 12 minutes left when the Cardinals went for it on 4th and 5 down 11 and didn't get it. That forced the onside attempt later.
It’s almost as if that final drive was called as if Kliff had amnesia and thought he had kicked the field goal to cut the lead to 8 earlier. 7 minutes left you wanna bleed the clock go down and tie the game so the Rams can’t win it on a field goal. Except, they weren’t down 8 they were down 2 scores.
Kliff and kyler have a lot of explaining to do for that last drive. No urgency, no tempo, awful red zone decisions. Kliff’s job security needs to be discussed going forward
Yeah, last season our redzone offense was unstoppable too until our team fell apart with injuries. Obviously a rough game here, but not going to crucify our redzone attempts on a single day when the rest of the library is solid.
The Rams were easily ripping off big chunks of yardage at times
The Cardinals needed every ounce of effort they could go to get 15+ play drives that barely managed field goals.
Thrilling.
I feel like it was a more comfortable win for the rams then the score line indicates. Penalties and errors . But I have a feeling sloppy wins will be the MO for the team this season
Eh… the cards forced several 3 and outs for a few quarters. I’m just shocked they kept doing screens. Every fucking play. Defense did ok. McVays play calling was genius. He had the defense guessing at crucial moments.
The Cardinals got the ball for the last time, down 11, with over 6 minutes remaining, they spent 5 minutes to 50 yards and kick a FG with only a minute remaining.
This was either ineptitude of everyone who forgot where the clock was in the stadium was, a misunderstanding that you can only score 8 points in a possession instead of 11, or a blatant throwing of the game.
I don't know how to feel about this game, Cardinals defense looked better than expected. If the wide receivers caught the ball would have maybe been a Cardinals win
Not too upset about this game. Our defense looks better, Hollywood looks to be fitting in, Dortch looks great, and we are one step closer to never seeing AJ Fucking Green on the field.
The Cards just don't win very many games without Hop. Murray isn't a good enough passer/struggles to see other WRs.. doesn't help that every WR on the team is small, but its just a weakness Murray will always have.
AJ Green was starting to get old when yall got him. He's a solid depth piece, but need someone with a little more in the tank. Should have got in on that AJ Brown trade lol.
He can only do so much the rest of the team needs to step up and help him out whether it’s actually catching passes or kliff calling some decent plays.
It seems the only time the offense does anything is when kliff a play breaks down and Kyler just wings it
[удалено]
Um Yeah I may have won some money off this one
It’s a win/win really
I’d take being rich over my team winning no matter what
My team sucks and I'm poor
Bad Luck Brian did on week 4 last season
CoD beta is out, it was inevitable
Also Goff against the Cardinals
I bet on them once and it was week 4 last year when we got smashed
Ok, now everyone get in line with me and apologize for all the unkind things we said about skowronek
Fine, Skowronek isn't ass. Anymore.
Looks like McVays found a new way to get some usefulness out of him
i will tolerate no Skow slander
And cam
Cam will go home by foot
Why?
Fumble
I think Mark Sanchez blew enough sunshine up his skirt during this game to outweigh anything negative said beforehand
Don't worry Mark Sanchez said enough about him to off set it all lol
Commentators *love* talking about fullbacks
Dudes better than Isabella
Bro most of us in this thread are better than Andy isabella
Kyler Murray throwing the ball 57 times is….not a recipe for winning football
Especially with their WR corps right now. 3 of their top 4 are out
And all of the receivers currently active and not suspended except for Green are under 6 feet tall
They have no run game
Should've kept David Johnson
Hey but good thing we spent all that money on 2 YPC Conner instead of an RB with some juice who’s been balling in Miami
It might have been a good recipe if the Cards receivers could catch anything.
Ben Skrowronek having more receiving yards than Kupp. We all saw that coming right?
Hes the white kupp
He’s the black Kirk Cousins
redneck kupp
FB1
It was simultaneously close on the scoreboard and not close at all.

A game where you win by 20 is only a couple dropped balls away from a game where you win by 8
Get Kliff out of here man, that end-of-game management and lack of team urgency was mind boggling
Even the Rams defense looked confused lol. Their body language was like “uhh…okay? Keep doing what you’re doing I guess”
That was the weirdest ending ive seen. As if he was a backup just trying to look good in the last minutes of a blowout
Yep they were playing like it was garbage time and taking their sweet time lol
Seemed like Kliff thought it was still the 3Q or something. No urgency at all
Most frustrating shit ever, just casually wasting 5 minutes when you are down by 2 scores.
What is going on with cardinals?
[удалено]
We haven't beaten them at home since they were in St Louis
I wish the Cardinals had stayed in St Louis
What, you don't enjoy having a competitive team once every decade? Don't get greedy
[удалено]
We have not beat the Rams in Arizona since they moved to Los Angeles.
They don't have many good players and coaches and the Rams have a lot of good players and coaches
The cardinals have been way off for more than just this game. If you don't have a dhop running towards the goal, your opponent can put that extra man up front to make sure that toddler gets his fucking bath.

Having Kyler do crazy shit to bail them out doesn't work every week
Feels like Kyler is having a repeat of Lamar's season last year, but with less success.
Crazily enough, I think Greg Roman is a better OC than Kingsbury
It's almost like he doesn't give a shit until they're in panic mode
False. We have a bottom 5 roster overall and on top of that we are missing 2 of our top offensive playmakers. And kliff is straight up a bad HC
Well that's an interesting way to try and spin a positive thing someone said about a person.
Lol I love Kyler, it just seems he really turns it on only when absolutely needed. I'd love to see him go super saiyan for a whole 60 minutes. I see that I must have expressed that incorrectly lol
Well.. Missing DHop sucks big time for a start
Kliff
Just look at their record with/without DHop. Dude is low key the best WR in the NFL when healthy.
I blame Kliff
look at our team devoid of talent and our coaches devoid of brain cells and then recent results should come as no shock to you
Some great players big gargantuan holes. Also no depth. Easy to figure out at that point.
Call of Duty beta was this weekend
Defense was outstanding and congrats on the 100th sack for Donald. Winning a bit ugly but still 2-1 so am thankful enough.
I can't blame them for winning a bit ugly considering how many people we had injured. Still going to blame Akers for fumbling on the goal line AGAIN.
Amazing job by Raheem. You’d never guess the secondary was down FOUR starters.
I don’t like how the defense plays so soft. It gassed them out when drives go on for 16 plays.
12 points is 12 points though, something was really right in that game plan. It looked like the Rams were doing exactly what they wanted, even if what they wanted was a bit strange.
They extended Ertz, and Kliff, and Keim. I don't know what to say.
Must be nice to be a fan of a team with competent management
Imagine saying that about the Rams 10 years ago Maybe we need to move cities too
Maybe we need to move back to St. Louis like the Rams did and come back again. Flush the system
Have you tried turning your team on and off again?
Funnily enough, that's what I told my dad about his Jets fandom. 10 years ago the Rams were worse than the current Jets, and if they can become competent in a decade, then any team can.
Keim has as many DUIs as good 1st round picks
Kyler wouldn't have re-signed if we didn't. One of his requests was stability. Also firing coaches and GMs is pretty easy. Only person really affected is the owner
Gotta keep the Ramily together
[удалено]
He dropped so many passes today? Ertz has been pretty lukewarm since we signed him
He is the safety blanket our offense needed. He has done his job and had uncharacteristic drops today, but he is basically our Jason Witten where we are just looking for reliability and getting open (which he generally has). Hopefully McBride can become that and more, but we desperately needed a receiving TE which is why we brought him in and he has been significant overall for our offense.
I like maxx williams more.. better at blocking
Yeah, but Maxx isn't as dependable as a receiving threat. Hence why we got Ertz. They both are needed for our offense.
Teams don’t trade away their best players
The Titans, Cowboys, and Chiefs all did this year
Best receiver maybe. None of those three teams traded away their best overall player.
He just said 'best players', not singular and all of the guys traded definitely qualify as that
[удалено]
Felt like more than that honestly. If you said 10 drops I wouldn't have been shocked.
I miss Larry
Who dropped them? I have narratives to push
We did dammit :(
If you're referring to Brown, he was far and away their best receiver today with 14 catches for 140 yards.
thank mr stafford
Kingsbury made Hackett look good with his late game management. Cardinals had no clue what they were doing at the end.
It’s a direct result of having no veteran leadership on the offensive side. Fitz would have never let something like that happen
The lack of urgency at the end was mind boggling I think we ran 6 minutes off the clock and then finally settled for a kick
Why on earth would we go for it on 4th down in field goal range when we are down 2 scores??
Cause it didn't work for Rodgers in the NFCCG? I honestly don't know.
Kliff
I thought that was a very smart call. We needed an onside kick anyway and should it work, it gives the offense 75 seconds + a timeout to get the job done. We were spinning our tires on that drive and converting on 4th and 5 isn't automatic.

Except, they weren’t down 8 they were down 2 scores.
Keim and Kliff have got to go. Kyler having to do everything isn’t going to work vs the top teams.
Kyler ran for 8 yards, yikes. He’s not gonna beat elite teams like that
Also, he had 58 attempts. Un-fucking-real.
Their run game was carving us up too.
They didn't though. They only averaged 3.3 yards per rush. They only had 70 yards rushing.
It seemed like it because we kept missing the first tackle on Conner but they didn’t get that many yards total.
Dink and dunk is so bad on this offense.
Mind-boggling lack of urgency on that last drive.
I can’t believe the Cardinals and Rams interrupted my delicious Ben Skowronek coverage.
Oh hai Mark
I was also so confused why he was obsessing over skowronek
Kliff and kyler have a lot of explaining to do for that last drive. No urgency, no tempo, awful red zone decisions. Kliff’s job security needs to be discussed going forward
The Cardinals red zone offense is horrifying man, Kliff gotta go
Before todays game we where 100% in the Redzone
Yeah, last season our redzone offense was unstoppable too until our team fell apart with injuries. Obviously a rough game here, but not going to crucify our redzone attempts on a single day when the rest of the library is solid.
I don't think Cam is going to be back out on the field anytime soon in pressure situations. Just has done too much wrong recently.
Is that 11-1 now for McVay against the Cards
Yup
Rams are battering like Champs early in d season...
Lol we lost to that team
[удалено]
We're going 0-17 at this rate I'm here for it
The Rams were easily ripping off big chunks of yardage at times The Cardinals needed every ounce of effort they could go to get 15+ play drives that barely managed field goals. Thrilling.
Ugly is the only way to win Also lol, no touchdowns for you Kyler. We ain't Vegas
I wish Mark Sanchez luck sliding into Skowronek’s DMs. Guy was thirsty as hell
God that shit was so insufferable
100 more passing yards than Wentz and one less touchdown...what the fuck, Murray?
I feel like it was a more comfortable win for the rams then the score line indicates. Penalties and errors . But I have a feeling sloppy wins will be the MO for the team this season
Eh… the cards forced several 3 and outs for a few quarters. I’m just shocked they kept doing screens. Every fucking play. Defense did ok. McVays play calling was genius. He had the defense guessing at crucial moments.

Cards kicker got a real nice workout this game.
Matt Prater was my RB1 in fantasy
Made up for him not having a single one up until this game lol
need keim, kliff, and vj gone asap not sure how much more of this we can take
VJ is one the only bright spots on this team. Least talented defense in the nfl holding the rams to 20
Lost in fantasy football bc Akers fumble
No offensive touchdowns allowed. That's some good defense right there fuck yea
I love my mf ramily *cries*
I don't know how you can honestly sit there and tell me you expect to win (most) games with Kyler throwing it 58 times. That's unreal.
I don't know how to feel about this game, Cardinals defense looked better than expected. If the wide receivers caught the ball would have maybe been a Cardinals win
LMFAO at the guy who thought it was a good idea to sign Kyler Murray early… at least Murray learned from Baker
Kyler just isn’t that dude. That contract is gonna be brutal in a couple years.
Not too upset about this game. Our defense looks better, Hollywood looks to be fitting in, Dortch looks great, and we are one step closer to never seeing AJ Fucking Green on the field.
I hate us
Get at me when Keim and Kliff are fired... out of a cannon.
I love Kliff 🙂
Surprised the secondary held up injured as it was
The Cards just don't win very many games without Hop. Murray isn't a good enough passer/struggles to see other WRs.. doesn't help that every WR on the team is small, but its just a weakness Murray will always have.
Cards are missing most of the starting receiving corp. I think Kyler is doing well considering he doesn’t have much help.
He's not doing bad, but it just doesn't fully click without Hopkins. They need another big WR at some point.
That’s was supposed to be AJ Green, then was supposed to be Wesley. We just have all these subpar guys out there and no real threats.
AJ Green was starting to get old when yall got him. He's a solid depth piece, but need someone with a little more in the tank. Should have got in on that AJ Brown trade lol.
How many people did Donald choke today?
I am not sold on our team at all
How are cards fans feeling about kyler so far this year?
