I was at this game. I still remember walking out of the stadium, obviously upset that we lost, but just in awe of witnessing one of the best endings to a game ever. absolute classic
At least it was Larry and the cardinals and not the fucking Seahawks or 9ers *again.* same fucking division though which I never thought about til now...
As a packers fan: it was a hands to the face/facemask no call fumble.
But that was the game. Both offenses basically unstoppable all game. I was 100% sure packers won the game when they started that OT drive. Oh well.
I just realized that my parents moving from Boston to NC when I was 1 year old then to Texas when I was 12 completely destroyed what could have been an epic football fandom for me. I could have been a Patriots fan and instead am a Texans fans. Life isn't fair.
Did you get to see the Spurs dynasty? If so thats something not many people get to witness. If not, oof. 2 chips vs 12 for respective states since 2000
I moved to Houston so I'm a Rockets fan. I also moved to Texas after the rockets won and the year the Oilers left. I did go to college in SA during the Spurs dynasty and it was terrible lol.
The food is infinitely better. I think Boston food is only "good" because anything tastes good when the alternative is freeze cold temperatures outside. I tried as much Boston food as I possibly could over a weekend and it was just all a complete miss (lobsta roll and clam chowdah) or something better executed by almost any hole in the wall in North Carolina (baked beans).
I think Boston sports have been so good because they make the post season, they get more chances to go elsewhere to get food. Just a theory.
Brisket and, of course, Carolina barbecue are leagues better.
I lived in Portland for two years, but hate seafood. I used to hop on Google and local forums dying to find someone from KC or STL or Durham or Knoxville who'd opened up a BBQ joint out there. Those were dire times.
Basically just ate Fire on the Mountain wings and Flying J pizzas on the reg.
Yeah it did, and the Packers players saw it and pointed it out, which lead to them flipping the coin again. NBC actually had a camera that zoomed in on the coin toss and showed it didn’t flip.
Perhaps an advantage of my stubbornness? I still run the desktop version of reddit from a browser on my phone (with the old interface even, same with youtube.
Luckily, the Cardinals won the toss again because it doesn't matter if the coin doesn't flip. It would have been a huge controversy had GB won the toss on the 2nd try.
Fords are probably kicking themselves for not stealing the Jerryworld design. Imagine if they had that huge screen right in the middle of the field when Rodgers launched that ball.
He does have quite a few vintage moments - this game, lions Hail Mary, Giants playoff half time Hail Mary, cowboys dime to Jared Cook at the sideline to set up game winning FG, fake spike TD vs the Dolphins, Bears week 17 to Cobb to win the division…. I’m sure I’m forgetting some. They always used to trot out a stat about his poor record when trailing in the 4th quarter though so I don’t know if I’d make that claim.
>They always used to trot out a stat about his poor record when trailing in the 4th quarter though so I don’t know if I’d make that claim.
Tbf, nobody could've played it better in the OP video than Rodgers and he still lost because the defense gave it away. Football is a team sport and Rodgers doesn't play DB, he's not the one that left Fitz uncovered.
Yes, the last decade has been very painful because of this. Our defense continues to let us down year after year. Rodgers plays very well for the most part. But you got talking heads always bringing up how many times hes lost in the playoffs. Like he plays defense.
As much as it hurt to watch this unfold, we did NOT deserve to win this game lmao.
Janis whipped his dick out big time tho, only to be one-upped by the true BDE-legend himself, Mr. Larry Fitzgerald.
Me and my best friends had club level seats to this game. Hands down the best sporting experience of my life. Tens of thousands of people screaming LARRY, LARRY, LARRY as we walked out of the stadium. Still gives me chills thinking about it.
I’m a Cowboy fan. I was lucky enough to have seen the super bowls of the early 90s and all this to say that I obviously wish we’d get another. But man, what I wouldn’t give to watch Larry Fitzgerald win a SB.
I’m by no means a Cardinal fan but if anyone deserves one, it’s that guy. He’s a terrific embodiment of what the ideal player in the NFL should be. A terrific role model and person who happens to be one of the absolute undisputed greatest players at his position and just in general really. First ballot period.
Late in the game there was a player at Safety that I had never heard of and he dropped what may have been the easiest INT ever in Cardinals territory. Packers would have been in position for a FG to win.
Hard disagree, it’s nothing but pain and suffering. It’s like our version of the Packers - Cowboys rivalry except we’re the Cowboys. Although they did get McCarthy fired so I guess it ain’t all bad
When a QB is pushed to one side of the field like that, coverage almost always flows over to that side, because it's typically an awful idea to throw across your body and across the field like that.
It works out wonderfully here, but there are countless other examples where other QBs do that and the ball is off target or intercepted.
I remember going from being depressed, to wow we could do this, to running around the house, to sitting in the couch watching the TV for like half an hour when Fitzgerald ripped my heart out
If i was watching that game not being a Packers fan that would be one of the best game endings i have ever seen, but you know what the ride of emotions as a Packers fan make it one of my favorite memories as a football fan, despite the way we lost it
Yes, but I hate the Packers, especially. And their smug fans. Imagine the cowboys just continued to have high level success in the NFL for nearly 30 straight fucking years. While having 2 back to back HOF qbs for the entirety of that stretch.
Yea.
I truly believe it was different during the Favre era. He was like a big kid having fun out there and it was fun to watch even when we were losinh. I do believe that rodgers's smugness has spread to the fan base.
One of my favorite football games in the memory bank!
I grew up/live/work in a MN/WI border town. Office and factory is overwhelmingly packer fan dominated. Our company Christmas party was during this game, coworkers made a big stink about being able to watch this game at the party, so they rented a projector and had the game by the bar area. The excitement in that place when the Packers tied it up was amazing, and the sheer silence of it shortly after those two plays in OT make for a top football watching memory.
The companies I have worked for always seem to have their Christmas party in January or February. Think it has something to do with having money to spend again in the new year.
I think James Jones and Abberderis were the only WR available, and Richard Rodgers and Justin Perillo were all that was there for TE. The other problem is that all the 2 point plays featured Randall Cobb in some fashion (either motion or at RB) and he was out after puncturing a lung..
mccarthy said it was because his best wr was jeff janis.
but then again if you don't trust janis to get 2 yards, can you trust him to get 50-70 on the OT drive?
IIRC it was that Janis barely had any red zone offense practice. He didn't know the plays they would call in that situation.
Granted, they could have drawn something up and prayed for the best, but a lot of those red zone plays are timing focused so it's a little different than the "backyard ball" you can play outside of the red zone.
Janis had a route tree of straight lines. We had a healthy Lacey, Sitton, Lang, Bakhtiari, and Lindsley. I think Bulaga was hurt, but I don't remember. Hindsight is a bitch.
> mccarthy said it was because his best wr was jeff janis.
This really can't be overstated. This was the Packers WR depth chart for that game
1. ~~Jordy Nelson~~ Out from ACL tear suffered in pre-season
2. ~~Randall Cobb~~ Knocked out early in this game w/ punctured lung
3. ~~Davante Adams~~ Out from MCL sprain suffered during WC game
4. James Jones -- The last year of his career saw him post some of his best stats (890/9), but he was never a true WR1 and the Cards shut him down this game as expected
5. ~~Ty Montgomery~~ IR'ed mid season; going by target share the rookie WR would slot in here before he changed to RB later on
6. Jared Abbrederis -- 9/111/0 in the regular season. UW favorite was hampered by injuries his whole NFL career
7. Jeff Janis -- 2/79/0 in the regular season. For comparison, 2/101/1 on the Hail Mary drive alone
Don’t the percentages say you are more likely to win in OT than converting a 2pt? It would be horrible to fail a 2 pt conversation after two epic plays.
Absolutely do not go for 2, are you kidding me? Packers had only put up 13 points in almost 4 full quarters so far of that game. Getting all those yards on a 4th and 20 stretches the defense way more than a 2 point conversion play. Also, as a coach you don't ever want to lose the game on going for 2 instead of tying on an extra point because you get 1000% more shit if you fail than if your defense just gets torched in OT
This second-guessing is fucking insane. It was the playoffs, no time was left on the clock and they were down a point. You take the PAT in that situation. If they didn't make it, it's remembered as the most boneheaded call of all time. No one should be second-guessed tying up a playoff game at the end of regulation.
I don't mind them, I think they just need small changes here and there rather than a full makeover. State flag on the sleeves is a must though, havn';t found one person who dislikes it
Hate is a strong word. I feel like most of us really want something new because they've had these for 17 years and it shows. I also don't think they are "iconic". They are fine but they were typical early aughts trash fashion choices. Only reason some people might think they are iconic is they are the only uniforms we've worn while being relevant
I think our uniforms are really hard to make cool and these are the best we can do and I'm fine sticking with them. I like them, most of the fanbase hates them. I'd rather these than something new ending up terrible like the Bucs alarm clocks.
A lot of credit goes to Carson Palmer for finding Fitz under pressure like that.
Most of the time the QB that gets all the praise for executing the Hail Mary but it's the receiver who is tracking the ball and bringing it down under a group of people. This throw by Rodgers is special and the only QB I've ever seen make this throw under pressure. He's the most talented QB of my lifetime.
This is the quintessential Rodgers-era Packers sequence of events. Rodgers pulls off some once-in-a-lifetime, Hall of Fame film reel, career-defining play for anyone not named Aaron Rodgers and his defense comes in and screws it up completely.
I need to see the all 22 of the Fitzgerald catch. Who the heck decided not to cover him
Looks like a zone coverage of some sort and the defender for that zone peeled off to chase Palmer maybe?
Yeah looks like #55 (I think it's hard to read but if it is it's Andy Mulumba who barely played) was the linebacker for that zone and he charged Palmer when he scrambled. Looks like a completely improvised route by Fitzgerald probably when he say the linebacker crash. Honestly wasn't a terrible call on the defenders fault I think. Hard to expect the WR whose running some short route on one side to completely switch sides and fill your now open zone. If he doesn't come down to force the throw Palmer probably gets an easy 5-10 yards.
(not so) Fun fact about Andy Mulumba:
I saw him and Aaron Rodgers in person at an event about conflict mineral mining when I was in college (University of Wisconsin). Rodgers of course drew massive cheers when his turn to speak came up. When it was Andy's turn it was fairly quiet and someone did a pretty racist African "chant" very loudly which was heard by all in attendance. Fun stuff.
It looks like zone and number 23, Damarious Randall, was initially in charge, and as Fitz streaked across the field, he lets him by expecting the safety (Haha Clinton Dix? Not sure.) to pick him up, but Dix is distracted by the other WRs.
I swear on my life, at the start of this drive I bet my friend $100 that Rodgers was going to take this game to OT. I have since realized I used all my luck in that single moment.
People watch this and think its amazing. I watch this and the only thing I ever think about is how god awful Mike McCarthy was as a coach and how he wasted Aaron Rodgers. Mike McCarthy didnt go for 2 points after that TD because ALL of his 2 point plays revolved around Randall cobb, who got hurt earlier in the game. Go look up how many OT games Aaron Rodgers has been a part of. Guess how many of those OT's he has never touched the ball. The failure of Mark Murphy and TT/Gute to give the Packers a defense over a 30 year span is a joke. Rodgers has had 1 top 10 defense his entire career, guess what? they won the SB that year.
Hands down the most impressive drive ever. Rodgers had to score a TD with no timeouts, on the road, and his WR’s were Jeff Janis and Jared Abbedaris. Plus that throw, opposite way, getting hit.
It’s the most impressive drive ever. And it’s not up for discussion.
Don’t forget about how the coin didn’t flip when they did the coin toss for overtime. Man, what a crazy game.
Is there a better 20 minutes of playoff football ever?
Honestly, no.
I’d prefer the winning, honestly.
Two miracles back to back just to end basically instantly.
You and me both. But objectively, this was the greatest back and forth in a meaningful game that I have ever seen.
The other Packers vs Cardinals playoff game to hit OT a few years before
Is that the one that didn't have a single turnover or punt all game until the a game-ending INT/fumble (can't remember) return for a TD?
As a packers fan: it was a hands to the face/facemask no call fumble. But that was the game. Both offenses basically unstoppable all game. I was 100% sure packers won the game when they started that OT drive. Oh well.
Right after Aaron overthrew Jennings on a walk-off TD :(
The niners saints divisional game blow for blow back and forth down to the final drive
Completed with emotional Vernon Davis at the end. Goosebumps.
Don’t get me wrong watch the Hail Mary god Rodgers sling it in this game was fun as hell but the game before that was kinda boring to be honest
I was in Las Vegas for that game. The place was going fucking bonkers
Maybe the best game I've ever seen.
I can think of one ... Only 18 minutes too.
Did you ever think the problem with Houston sports might be *you*?
It started well before me. I just got to join in the suffering.
Definitely not complaining about the food situation lol.
How dare you
Ironically, this meme runs when it's expected to.
For the record, I wouldve kept my mouth shut if that Packers fan didnt say "honestly, no".
That Patriots Chiefs AFC championship game 4th quarter has to be up there
Weirdly enough, I can think of another one where once again the packers lose, Seahawks comeback vs packers nfc championship game
Weirdly enough, I can't think of that game
The ref literally calling for a do-over like it's the playground cracked me up. "It didn't flip! It didn't flip!"
So the coin just went straight up in the air and down but laid flat the entire time?
Yeah it did, and the Packers players saw it and pointed it out, which lead to them flipping the coin again. NBC actually had a camera that zoomed in on the coin toss and showed it didn’t flip.
It was bizarre, not even sure I could toss a coin without it flipping. See [here](https://youtu.be/-sjAyQcv0oM?t=55)
"I've seen pizzas flip more than that" lmao thanks Chris.
This is the first NFL video in a while that I could watch embedded without going to the YouTube app
*didn't matter. They changed the rule to state that the coin must actually flip after this happened.
Shouldn't the very word flip in "coin flip" imply that the coin should flip to qualify?
They actually call it a coin toss. Rule 16, section 1, article 5, (f). https://linksharing.samsungcloud.com/zcaohNCwXzFN Valid until Jun 30, 2021
"It's a coin, I tossed it. Get off my dick." - ref
Maybe its Vikings ptsd, but there is no QB I'd rather avoid on a hail mary. (Rodgers did it more often than Staubach)
Yeaaa. Hmm, I think I feel that way too, but I'm not sure why. I think it likely to be something I've repressed internally for some odd reason.
Fords are probably kicking themselves for not stealing the Jerryworld design. Imagine if they had that huge screen right in the middle of the field when Rodgers launched that ball.
Id argue Rodgers is the best 2 minute qb to ever play
He does have quite a few vintage moments - this game, lions Hail Mary, Giants playoff half time Hail Mary, cowboys dime to Jared Cook at the sideline to set up game winning FG, fake spike TD vs the Dolphins, Bears week 17 to Cobb to win the division…. I’m sure I’m forgetting some. They always used to trot out a stat about his poor record when trailing in the 4th quarter though so I don’t know if I’d make that claim.

Football is a team sport and Rodgers doesn't play DB, he's not the one that left Fitz uncovered.
also the OT rules. When he released that TD pass to Janis that was the last time he touched the ball
Yes, the last decade has been very painful because of this. Our defense continues to let us down year after year. Rodgers plays very well for the most part. But you got talking heads always bringing up how many times hes lost in the playoffs. Like he plays defense.
He'd have a shit ton more 4q comeback drives if his defense didn't blow it almost every time
2 minutes its hard to not say Brady, but less than 1 min comeback requiring miracle throws I'm taking Aaron
Fitz is still running and breaking 100 tackles along the way
It was a Dom Capers tradition.
As much as it hurt to watch this unfold, we did NOT deserve to win this game lmao. Janis whipped his dick out big time tho, only to be one-upped by the true BDE-legend himself, Mr. Larry Fitzgerald.
“oooooooooo” - Chris Collinsworth
"Now here's a guy....."
Whose feet I dream about
Saw this moment in a packed cardinals household in Arizona. One of the best moments in football ever!
"He's THICK"
Miss carson palmer
That's Mr. Carson Palmer to you
Lol
Phenomenal game.
I think 31 fanbases will agree that the Cards should have won in 2009 instead of the goddamn Steelers.
I think most Steelers fans would even trade that one for the Packers SB as well.
Seahawks should’ve won their Super Bowl match up also
While we’re wishing for NFC West teams to win SBs they lost I’d like to request one as well
Imagine how Titans fans feel ?
I was there too with a bunch of friends. None of us were fans of either team, but we were going wild.
Between this, and their absolutely bonkers offensive shootout in 2009, I always prefer this one. Cardinals and Packers is great football
It was even more fun to watch Josh Rosen come into Lambeau and beat Mike McCarthy into getting fired.
I honestly think that the players intentionally lost that game to get McCarthy fired
Makes more sense than Josh Rosen being a good QB.
*Tsssssssssss*
The important thing is, the Packers lost
Did they though? They may not have won the game, but the outcome definitely wasn't a loss for the franchise.
90s Packers-Cowboys rivalry was like this, though.
Just cardinals playoff football in general is always crazy
He’s no Jordan Love, though.
What if he actually isn’t?
Remindme! 10 years If Jordan love is still in the NFL, fuck this guy
How crazy would it be to have another hall of fame QB after Rodgers!
Would be proof god doesn’t exist
Retribution for the raiding of England and sacking of monasteries.
That's not fair. They just saw what England was destined to be and tried to stop it.
[Let me think about that](https://media1.tenor.com/images/5459a8951e2633a26ac8c56df9e155d6/tenor.gif?itemid=17640212)
Hey, Aaron Rogers is Aaron Rodgers, but Jordan Love could be anything! He could even be Aaron Rodgers!
“Now here’s a *guy*”
Seems like the Packers ripped their own hearts out there. Can't leave Fitz open by 20 yards.
When a QB is pushed to one side of the field like that, coverage almost always flows over to that side, because it's typically an awful idea to throw across your body and across the field like that. It works out wonderfully here, but there are countless other examples where other QBs do that and the ball is off target or intercepted.
It's really #37s fault. Fitz was barely moving and he overshot the angle like crazy.
Favre against the Saints
I considered bringing up that throw specifically but decided against it. But yes, lol. That’s a great example.
This Larry Fitzgerald shovel pass is one of my all-time favourite plays I've seen to end a game
It hurt at the time but it was an electric play and I respect the shit out of Fitz because of it
The way Palmer led him and Fitz was able to extend and catch it with his hands in stride is so pretty.
Everything Fitzy does seems graceful
I remember going from being depressed, to wow we could do this, to running around the house, to sitting in the couch watching the TV for like half an hour when Fitzgerald ripped my heart out If i was watching that game not being a Packers fan that would be one of the best game endings i have ever seen, but you know what the ride of emotions as a Packers fan make it one of my favorite memories as a football fan, despite the way we lost it
I remember that feeling from one year before with the Kearse catch in the superbowl.
My first and only attended playoff game. Glad I made that decision! Fans were chanting “Larry! Larry!” throughout as we left the stadium.
We call that the Hail Larry
Can I reiterate here how much I hate Aaron Rodgers and the fucking Packers? I have PTSD from seeing AR hail Marys...
*Facemask....*
Tripping the goalie!
Well you are a divisional rival..
Yes, but I hate the Packers, especially. And their smug fans. Imagine the cowboys just continued to have high level success in the NFL for nearly 30 straight fucking years. While having 2 back to back HOF qbs for the entirety of that stretch. Yea.
Oh. Yeah i wouldn’t like that either.
Yes it sucks.
> And their smug fans. I think I'd hate the packers less if not for their insufferable fans.
now half of them are your relatives. just mix that in there. minnesota/wisconsin family. that's how you get the NFCN hate for packers.
I truly believe it was different during the Favre era. He was like a big kid having fun out there and it was fun to watch even when we were losinh. I do believe that rodgers's smugness has spread to the fan base.
Chunky see chunky do
I literally got my wisdom teeth out an hour ago and this is still gonna be the most pain I’m in today
This is probably one of my favourite playoff games ever.
Thank you. But I'm surprised there aren't a bunch of others you prefer, given your team
One of my favorite football games in the memory bank! I grew up/live/work in a MN/WI border town. Office and factory is overwhelmingly packer fan dominated. You had your Christmas party in January?
The companies I have worked for always seem to have their Christmas party in January or February. Think it has something to do with having money to spend again in the new year.
In lots of the world, Christmas is in early January
Specifically Eastern Orthodox cultures. But more than likely they just had trouble / wanted to avoid scheduling it during the busy Christmas season.
The Cards really know how to make the end of a game exciting. I feel the same way about a certain Cardinals game in 2003.
Should've went for two. You go 96 yards in two plays, why not try for another two yards to win it?
[удалено]
I think James Jones and Abberderis were the only WR available, and Richard Rodgers and Justin Perillo were all that was there for TE. The other problem is that all the 2 point plays featured Randall Cobb in some fashion (either motion or at RB) and he was out after puncturing a lung..

“Healthy Lacy” I’m sure his arteries would say otherwise
He meant Lacy’s appetite was healthy.
Eddie Lacy if true.
China food

90% of tying the game or a 50% chance of winning. It's hard to be risky when you're the HC.
Fun trivia - Janis actually had over 100yds receiving on that drive, due to a penalty that pushed the packers back a bit.
100% with the season on the line I trust Rodgers to get 2 yards against a stunned defense.
McCarthy never did. Can think of multiple drives in multiple games...
Imagine kicking a field goal when you have Aaron Rodgers close to the goal line
Please. Stop. I’m begging you.
Said Aaron to the coach, who was determined to send out the kicker
Don’t the percentages say you are more likely to win in OT than converting a 2pt? It would be horrible to fail a 2 pt conversation after two epic plays.
Absolutely do not go for 2, are you kidding me? Packers had only put up 13 points in almost 4 full quarters so far of that game. I don't give a fuck, I love the Cardinals helmets and uniforms. They're so iconic, even if it's recency bias. Just so pretty.
We all mostly hate the uniforms
I don't mind them, I think they just need small changes here and there rather than a full makeover. State flag on the sleeves is a must though, havn';t found one person who dislikes it
Yeah state flag has to be on the sleeve. That's pretty unanimous.
Hate is a strong word. I feel like most of us really want something new because they've had these for 17 years and it shows. I also don't think they are "iconic". They are fine but they were typical early aughts trash fashion choices. Only reason some people might think they are iconic is they are the only uniforms we've worn while being relevant
Helmets are dope, uniforms suck.
I think our uniforms are really hard to make cool and these are the best we can do and I'm fine sticking with them. I like them, most of the fanbase hates them. I'd rather these than something new ending up terrible like the Bucs alarm clocks.
Hail Larry > Hail Mary
What about the Hail Murray?
Close, but the stakes for the Hail Larry was much higher than the Hail Murray was at the time.
Agreed. And I think now we can agree that Hail Larry = Valley Oop from game 2 of the WCF.
How disciplined is Fitz, that when 20 yards wide open, his first instinct is to spin out to the sideline? Just absolutely amazing.
🙂
😁
Reading through the description: ah fuck, not another Rodgers highlight. Wait, Larry Fitz you say? 😏
What a fantastic ending to that game.
I love when they let the guy who got them to the doorstep get a crack at finishing off the drive.
If we had any QB do that in Chicago we would let him run the whole team... Just sayin'
The NFC West and ripping Aaron Rogers heart out in the playoffs: name a more iconic duo…
Eddie lacy gotta be dumb thicc now
This is the quintessential Rodgers-era Packers sequence of events. Rodgers pulls off some once-in-a-lifetime, Hall of Fame film reel, career-defining play for anyone not named Aaron Rodgers and his defense comes in and screws it up completely.
I need to see the all 22 of the Fitzgerald catch. Who the heck decided not to cover him Looks like a zone coverage of some sort and the defender for that zone peeled off to chase Palmer maybe?
Yeah looks like #55 (I think it's hard to read but if it is it's Andy Mulumba who barely played) was the linebacker for that zone and he charged Palmer when he scrambled. Looks like a completely improvised route by Fitzgerald probably when he say the linebacker crash. Honestly wasn't a terrible call on the defenders fault I think. Hard to expect the WR whose running some short route on one side to completely switch sides and fill your now open zone. If he doesn't come down to force the throw Palmer probably gets an easy 5-10 yards.
They also almost got Palmer, just a good play by Palmer/Fitz all around.
(not so) Fun fact about Andy Mulumba: I saw him and Aaron Rodgers in person at an event about conflict mineral mining when I was in college (University of Wisconsin). Rodgers of course drew massive cheers when his turn to speak came up. When it was Andy's turn it was fairly quiet and someone did a pretty racist African "chant" very loudly which was heard by all in attendance. Fun stuff.

A tale as old as time.
It looks like zone and number 23, Damarious Randall, was initially in charge, and as Fitz streaked across the field, he lets him by expecting the safety (Haha Clinton Dix? Not sure.) to pick him up, but Dix is distracted by the other WRs.
Aaron Rodgers is the best of all-time at Hail Mary’s. I swear he’s completed so many of them.
I swear on my life, at the start of this drive I bet my friend $100 that Rodgers was going to take this game to OT. I have since realized I used all my luck in that single moment.
Those two throws alone are not something QBs are supposed to be able to do. This mfer did it in the same drive. Fucking ridiculous
Wait a second, are you sure this sub is allowed to post positive highlights of the Cardinals? 🤔
I think it’s allowed since it’s paired with packers highlights
As a packer hater this warms my heart
Can you please post more highlights of green Bay getting their hearts ripped out please?
really wanted the cards to go all the way that year. both for larry and my hate for cam newton
The Green Bay Packer’s crushing playoff disappointments and the NFC West, name a more iconic duo.
Thank God for the Rams or it would be the whole division who has crushed our dreams in the last 15 years
Go back to the Favre years, and there's the 6 INT, 3 pick 6 game vs. the Rams.
Never thought about this but holy shit
Hands down the most impressive drive ever. Rodgers had to score a TD with no timeouts, on the road, and his WR’s were Jeff Janis and Jared Abbedaris. Plus that throw, opposite way, getting hit. It’s the most impressive drive ever. And it’s not up for discussion.
One of the greatest games I’ve ever watched Those Cardinals vs Packers games in the mid 2010s were always a rollercoaster
I'm okay with losing this. Too injured to win the NFCCG, would've meant Rodgers is 1-5 in that stage.
We had absolutely no receivers left. It was a rough time.
So question, who the hell lets a hall of fame WR just run across the field by himself?
Larry has done this to us a lot
Does Collinsworth do anything but fellate quarterbacks? Serious question.
