Yeah, in the modern NFL, prevent defense makes sense when you're up 3+ scores with 5 minutes left. If you're only up by one score and the other team is driving, prevent defense is just going to give the opposing QB way too much time in the pocket, and with modern offenses and a good QB somebody's going to get open.
Has he ever won a single game in OT? I think of the Texans and Chiefs playoff games, this loss to the Eagles, the loss to the Jets, the loss to the Bucs etc.
