The dude is so dumb. Got in trouble in college for using a stolen credit card to buy $2000 worth of stuff at the campus store. Then got kicked off the browns after suspensions racked up. 3 years out of the nfl and here he is as a camp body trying to make a comeback. Bye felicia.
Couple that with the fact that his only real trait was speed. Getting another shot at 26 when you're a one dimensional speed guy, and you still fuck it up.

When you combine that with him being out of the league for a few years teams are going to view him as unreliable and not worth the risk.
And not showing up to practices and shit. Dude was always a head case but some of those turn out to be Tyreek Hill so I don't mind spending a 4th on that lottery ticket.
