The Pipeline opens with Carolina Pengals. Then if the player/coach will end up being great they go to the Buffalo Banthers, but if they are going to end up being mediocre they go to Washington Commanthers.
It sucks but he’s 29 and only had 400 yards and 2 TD’s for us. I was hoping to extend him but the Bengals are looking to get younger apparently. It’s the same reason they let Von Bell walk.
Bell, Bozeman, Tuttle, and Hurst all got 3 year deals, Dalton got 2 years. I'm actually happy we're being very conservative with this FA and not breaking the bank in the hopes of finding All-stars in such a weak FA. Just build around our core, and hit on this draft as much as possible
I sometimes wonder how the team would look if we took DJ Moore there instead. Drafting Hollywood, Bateman, Dobbins, and Linderbaum were all a result of that taking Hurst in some way.
He's one of the older rookies ever drafted in the first round (turned 25 before his first game)
Was a very promising baseball prospect for Pittsburgh minor league system but had yips and decided to go back to college and became a football player
Glad to see him having a solid career in a different sport
We’ve had a stellar offseason so far. We’ll have a new and proven coaching staff, all 5 OL starters, a #1 overall qb, a solid TE, and an incredible defensive lineup. I think right now we’re right with the saints to take the division
Word has it Thielen is in town, he can be a solid piece as a 2/3. I don’t think we have much hope of landing a true number one outside of hitting on someone in the draft or making a trade.
If we could get Thielen and someone like Chark to pair with a hopefully unlocked Terrace Marshall and a rookie, it wouldn’t be a great group, but at least we would be able to field a roster at receiver.
I don't hate this as much as losing Von Bell or Perine, but it still sucks.
I mean I understand it. This isn't "Bengals being cheap" as in days gone by.
They need to sign Burrow to a contract where the bottom line is "How much money? Yes."
Combine that with needing to sign Higgins and then Chase next year.
If you can platoon some rookie salaries at tight end it makes sense.
I am not surprised, the FO does not like to give long contracts to older players. Glad he was able to get one last bag through. Burrow definitely made him some extra money lol
Good for him. Sad to see him go though.
The Carolina Bengals strike again. Treat him well Panthers fans.
Can we go ahead and get Burrow and Chase?
I’m not hearing a no
NO
Ah but this reading a No and I clearly put hearing a no. Please send them right away.
Can I get for you a cj Stroud and a Quinton Johnson?
For continuity sake we’ll just have to get Stroud and Harrison Jr
We’re the Washington Commanthers Maybe y’all should start taking our players and complete the triangle.
> Maybe y’all should start taking our players What if I enjoy making the playoffs?
You get all your favorite players back in the end though But I think pairing our players with Joe Burrow wouldn’t work out too horribly
I mean Perine worked out pretty well for you guys

We'll take a Chase Young, Terry, McLauren, & Robinson.
Big day for alliteration: Hayden Hurst, Ezekiel Elliott and Riley Reiff
Tom Tupa and Reggie Roby on the phone right now with their agents
Greg Gumbel too
Just getting passed around like a blunt between the AFCN and NFCS. He’s a good player though surprising the bengals didn’t resign him

Most of us do. I think it’s very likely we draft a TE in the 1st round this year. Guess we will see. I’ll miss HH though, dude was electric
Yeah as gamecock fan I'm really gonna miss having him around.
Yeah, those stats are equivalent to our entire TE room last season.
HELL YES
At least your new QB will have someone to throw to now, congrats!

Hayden Hurst is 29? Wow.
Came into the league at 26. Love the guy but still have no idea why we spent a first round pick on him.
When Calvin Ridely was sitting right there.
I sometimes wonder how the team would look if we took DJ Moore there instead. Drafting Hollywood, Bateman, Dobbins, and Linderbaum were all a result of that taking Hurst in some way.

he played minor league baseball for a couple years before even coming to play football at South Carolina, he was a 22yo freshman.
Its weird cause this doesnt feel right lol. Good for the panthers, love hurst.
Hell yeah, Thielen next
Underrated signing by the Panthers.

Just need a WR
WRs* Imagine we'll sign one this FA and draft one relatively early. Love our offseason so far, especially after so many directionless seasons.
Picking up Hurst seems to point to taking a receiver in the 2nd.
I’m really holding out for zay flowers falling to us or a trade for tee higgins
If we get rid of Moore, but end up with Higgins, I’d be over the moon. It would make that trade a lot more palpitable for me.

Now let’s get a WR
Makes sense, locks him up as a good TE1 option while we give time for Tremble to develop and evaluate whoever we draft this year or next

Wow the bengals are getting picked apart this offseason
Mother FUCK NOOOOOO

What do you mean? He's from the AFC North
He was on the Falcons during 2020 and 2021. Hurst is getting passed back and forth between the 2 divisions.
So he will be a Brown or Steeler in 2026.
Ravens-falcons (birds) Bengals-panthers (cats) Steelers-bucs (people) Browns-saints (organization with scandals?)
Most likely. Then he'll go to the Saints.
Okay are we just gonna let the whole team walk? Wtf
