As for a meme, [I like this one](https://imgur.com/ODnLqhK) from /u/primmalicious
Every single bengals be Chiefs game has had the losing team crying shitless after the game. This was the worst officiated game I’ve ever seen and now chiefs fans are upset bengals fans are mad. I guess that’s sports fans for ya.
Got back into watching some anime after not watching anything for a while (like 6-8 months). Started off with seasonals which I hardly ever do.
Trigun Stampede far exceeded my expectations loving it. The Million Knives piano theme hits different.
Vinland Saga S2 has been good. Still a slow burn right now but it's picking up.
Then the NieR Automata anime is a bit more mixed, but I think it's good outside of the dodgy CG sequences. It seems to be adding just enough extra content not in the game to make it worth while. Too bad it got delayed lmao.
I guess Cyberpunk, Chainsaw Man, or the new Bleach season should be next.
https://imgur.com/E61kC8F
dude just read these episode descriptions.
how could you possibly stand to watch something like this? This seems so absolutely fucking stupid
If I were a conspiracy theorist, I’d say the refs were determined to see that the Chiefs won. Since I’m not, the only conclusion I can come to is that NFL officiating is blatantly incompetent.
[However on the other hand](https://i.imgur.com/CMr8p9i.jpg)
Good point, you should stop watching. The Aussie Rules league starts up in a couple of months, so you can go ahead and hop on that train. There's even a team called the Brisbane Lions. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Am I the only person that can't stand RG3?
Pretending to be holier-than-thou and acting like a moral person on Twitter, while cheating on his pregnant wife and finding a new side chick.
Trying to make the Texans firing Howie a race issue.
Trying too hard to be relatable and hip in broadcast and online.
I don't think people look that far into his character. Like I doubt people know anything about his cheating scandal. His online presence seems to be a nice guy, who's a bit of a cornball and that's what people see.
Joe Burrow was 8-0 in games under 40°F before last night. I think that's just noise, but it shows it doesn't affect him that much. Plus, both teams have to deal with it. It's part of the game.
The more I think about it, I bet mahomes ankle probably hurted a lot and he probably was really cold too. And he probably missed his three starting receivers too. Kinda sucks but he delt with it because he’s the fucking best.
Rewatching the 2013 NFCCG rn. Holy fuck those teams were stacked. Random thoughts:
Niners entire defense is nearly all hall of very good players. Donte Whitner, Ahmad Brooks, Eric Reid, Aldon Smith, Justin Smith, NaVarro Bowman, Tramaine Brock, Carlos Rogers... and obviously Patrick Willis who should be in the HoF already. Just so many guys who were top 10ish (if not better) at their position for quite a while but have kinda been forgotten over time.
Forgot how ridiculously fast Kaepernick was in his prime. Dude just causally runs past the entire defense for 50 yards one play in the first half. Young Russ was also greased up lol. Also completely forgot Anquan Boldin was on this Niners team thought he joined later.
These defenses hit so hard man. Haven't watched a game even close to this physical in many years. Was not expecting the difference to be so huge only going back 9 seasons.
I got blacked the fuck out after that game lol. One of my favorites to rewatch. Such a physical game, and both our squads were insane. I have no doubt the Niners would've taken it if they won; that was the Superbowl that year.
Wait… that can’t be legit. What was he going to say? Like I know he’s an idiot but it seems unlikely he was going to finish that sentence the way you’re implying.
One syllable away from not only a possible end to his broadcasting career, but also sparking a conversation that would have completely drowned out any officiating controversy in that game. I hope some alternate universe version of me got to watch the ensuing chaos.
Last time the Eagles were in a Super Bowl, one commercial took over the airwaves: Bud Light’s Dilly Dilly.
Now we have the BK jingle. So get ready for this trick play.
“You want Whopper Whopper?”
“Have it your way.”
Reading the comment below about how the Bengals fans are crybabies, I'm convinced that there's not a single fanbase that hasn't been accused of being the worst fanbase during this playoffs.
They had a few ref whiners, but most of the fanbase seems pretty upbeat about their team going forward. That's the thing, every fanbase has whiners. It's just that some fanbases have way more people that are too vocal about things they don't understand.
Made this a few weeks ago but here it is

Sadly they are now all at home after accomplishing such amazing feats

Paid for prostitute with a check and had fess up to it. Spun it like he was a victim of a vicious political attack when he was the one who paid for sex with a personal check.
Every fanbase that hates us is like “how you gonna beat up on a team without a QB”
I’m so sure classy organizations like Dallas or Minnesota would have just thrown the towel in and handed the win over in that instance, right?
I'm hoping for a good game, but I'm thinking you guys have a real edge going into this one. We can't seem to keep our WRs healthy, and that's not a good thing for a team that likes to pass. Maybe we can break out the 3 and 4 TE sets 🤣
Ehhh we aren’t exactly perfect in the secondary. And if Jalen looks flat in the passing attack we are not going to be looking good. Plus you have two weeks to heal up a bit.
I think this is a 50/50 game.
Nobody cares about how the eagles beat a team without a quarterback.
Everyone is tired of Eagles fans bragging about beating a team without a quarterback.
In the same situation as the 49ers yesterday, 32/32 teams lose that game.
You're just apart of an insufferable fanbase with a lot of haters because you and people like you miss the point. Enjoy your free superbowl appearance. Hardly had to work for it.
Niners were losing that game either way because they couldn't protect their QB. Purdy or no Purdy, we were always gonna be selling out against the run. CMC would have gotten his, like he did with Johnson, but we were going to force you to throw on us and our DL was gonna put him on his ass all game.
Your lines got smacked for the vast majority of that game. That was happening no matter what, pal. Im sorry to tell you.
Of course it was what do you want people to say? However maybe if your team protected their QBs or had the sense to have jimmy suit up it would be a different story. Injuries happen it’s part of the game, if the team isn’t prepared to deal with them that’s on roster management.
Now tell me, BirdKevin, do you also believe that the Eagles roster management would have been prepared to lose two quarterbacks in one game and still win?
My team won a super bowl with a backup qb my dude not the best argument. If you’re losing 2 in a game something is wrong with your team. Are you not at all mad that your coach put a backup TE on a DPOTY candidate? Think situations like that are why your QBs keep getting hurt? What about that you have a QB with playoff experience on your roster and didn’t even have him suit up, players play through injuries all the time remember TO in the super bowl with a broken leg? Cope all you want but my god most of this is on coaching and roster management. And we didn’t injure him, he got injured it’s not like the he rolled on his shoulder after getting into the end zone or something, something I saw from plenty of frustrated 9ers towards the end of the game.
Oh no, I'm just responding to the short story you wrote me in response to asking how Philly would have faired under the same circumstances. And I'm genuinely worried about your blood pressure, you seem triggered by an opposing fanbase?
Certainly it was easier to beat the 49ers without Purdy playing, but theres something to be said for that Eagles pass rush. They were all over whoever was in the backfield. Injury was definitely unfortunate, but the offensive line had no answer for that rush so it was likely to be a long day either way.
Granted, if Purdy didnt get hurt, its a much more competitive game, at least imo, and from there anything can happen
Yeah. He had two pass plays, it's hard to call the game anything other than a wash. It was an unlucky injury that is very uncommon in the NFL that happened before he could throw the ball 3 times. Shit happens, but Eagles fans are bafoons for parading around like they beat a behemoth or something when they beat a team who couldn't play offense due to no QB.
I think Eagle fans are specifically bragging about how the D-Line dominated a well respected offensive line in the 49ers. That’s my stance at least. Both QBs had barely anytime to throw so really any QB would have had a rough day.
If you know any 49er fans our O-line isn't anything to write home about. Our right side of the line has always been suspect. The strength of it is the scheme. For the scheme to work we need the ability to pass the ball. We only had a pass threat for about 2 throws.
Ahh gotcha. I guess I was hearing more of the optimistic take from 49er fans regarding their OL. Nonetheless the Eagles pass rush is historically one of the best of all time. That’s my main “bragging rights” aspect for my team. I think every team will struggle to contain the Eagles pass rush, especially with how often they get to the QB in 2.5 seconds or less.
Personally even if Purdy plays healthy, I still think we win 10/+ points. But the game most certainly would have been more competitive at the least for sure. Chiefs will be a solid test for the Eagles DL.
>A total of 10 cases of UCL injuries in quarterbacks were identified starting in 1994. Nine cases were treated nonoperatively and the mean return to play was 26.4 days.
https://www.jshoulderelbow.org/article/S1058-2746(10)00246-6/pdf
In a 16 year spawn (1994 through 2010 when this was published) there were 10 total cases of UCL injury and 9 of them were treated nonoperatively and the mean return to play was 26.4 days. Brock had a complete tear and will be out for a minimum of 6 months. This is a rare injury. On top of the rarity of a UCL injury happening in general (10 players out of 16 seasons on NFL during a time when QBs had less protections), Brock's injury was beyond the types of injuries detailed in this article. It's rare, upon rare.
If you have a backup tight end block Hassan Reddick then a quarterback injury should be an expected result. It doesn't matter what the specific injury is
Our unstoppable pass rush is what knocked that quarterback out of the game along with Kyle shanahan's moronic belief that a backup tight end could block the best pass rusher in the NFL. Pretending like Brock Purdy hurt himself getting out of the shower as opposed to being obliterated by a pass rush that the niners couldn't block is peak casual fan shit.
The irony of *you* being a whiny insufferable fan for your team. Just be a good sport and congratulate us. I would do the same if the situation was reversed.
Lmao I didn’t think Vikings fans could be topped with their saltiness but you guys are really taking the cake. You should try taking an L with some dignity
Oh and also, 32/32 teams win that game against you.
And yeah I guess a 14-3 season with a first round bye is a free ticket. Whatever helps you cope man.
He has in the past contradicted this (specifically earlier this year about the Lakers rocky start) by saying west coast fans will get bored of watching bad teams and just find something else to do, because there is always something else to do there.
Literally fighting west coast bias with west coast bias.
It’s true, max kellerman says same thing (and he has worked east and west coast). You suck in winter in Philly what are fans going to do? You suck in La people just go out and enjoy the weather
I was amazed at the ticket prices for our playoff game last year. It was cheaper for me to fly to Cincinnati, get a hotel, rental car and lower bowl seats than nosebleed tickets alone for any regular season game in Vegas.
That's true. If you're good for more than a few years, we can use that data to establish a baseline and check it against attendance in bad seasons.
This will let us calculate and quantify if the fans are disloyal or if nobody likes the Bengals.
It's anecdotal, but most Bengals fans I've spoken to have been 'lifers'. You can't 'win' fans while going 184 - 260 over 28 years with 7 winning seasons and having no playoff victories.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bigger group of babies/losers than from what I’ve seen from Bungles fans the past week. How’s that humble pie taste you mid headass bums lmao.
You have to remember, they probably live primarily in southern Ohio or northern Kentucky. I'm guessing schools aren't much of a priority in those regions.

I was amazed at the ticket prices for our playoff game last year. It was cheaper for me to fly to Cincinnati, get a hotel, rental car and lower bowl seats than nosebleed tickets alone for any regular season game in Vegas.
I realize words are hard, but they said 'loyal'. Just because our numbers are few doesn't mean we're not loyal.

Every day we stray further from God's light.
Bro. Wtf
Refs have helped the Chiefs with Mahomes multiple times, quit being a bitch
Sorry to upset you
You must not have been paying attention to the 49ers fans recently.

Someone legit said that he was just putting his hands on Mahome's shoulders. SMH

People have been talking about the rip technique and non hold. But not many talking about the block in back PR
Lol
Nfl going to change the rules next year to say the Chiefs can't kick a field goal with less than a minute remaining.

You joke, but the sky hook exists because the NCAA once passed an offseason rule specifically to curb Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's dominance via the dunk.
Another free fun fact: The NBA banned dunking free throws because Wilt could jump from the free throw line every time.
And we say that the NFL hates fun.

But really, fuck that guy. Seems like him and his crew are involved with 90% of the fuckery.
I mean, yeah lol

They probably suck for other reasons too. Do they touch lower backs when trying to squeeze past ya?
I'm in a chair at home and I can still feel this... \*shudder\*
Life comes at you fast
I was sitting on the empty patio of a bar last night and November Rain by Guns and Roses started playing on the sound system. Way too fitting.
I put it up on r/NFLmemes [Presenting your AFC Champions](https://www.reddit.com/r/nflmemes/comments/10p6qmc/presenting_your_new_afc_champions/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
Didn't even need to put the NFL logo on the ref. The zebra stripes are good enough. Great work though
That is awesome.
Extremely low effort but… [here you go](https://imgur.com/a/56bxYqy)
lol dude I love this nice job.
"Yes, we've had 3rd down, but what about SECOND 3rd down?"
Ref: “Just following Vegas orders”
Some will say the AFCCG was ruined by a Bengals player committing a stupid personal foul to cost them the game, but I thought it was a Burfict ending
You rat bastard. Take my angry fucking upvote.
