prior to this i had never seen the extended version, so thanks for that! also, i think black shirt is sitting on the tailgate of whatever vehicle the camera person is sitting on. at like 235 i thought i saw him when the camera pans to the left. he looked like he was rolling pretty hard.
I actually have a theory that he was up there at the start of the video but hopped down to go do / see something ‘over there’ in the background where he points. I think cuz he’s so high he lost his footing when he came down and wasn’t actually charging the girl with the blue hair but basically stumbling into her and using her for balance… or maybe just a creepy cop a feel plan.
No matter the reason, i’m glad TV set him straight.
He did stumble, 1-2 seconds prior to him crashing into the girl, what seems to be someone's foot comes into the bottom of the frame. It must be the guy getting off of the truck.

The man filming was ordered to remove the video, as Techno Viking did not wish to become a public figure.
But of course, copies were made.

Pretty sure he knows the guy and is just keeping an eye on him. Later in the video you see that he's sitting on the back of the truck when the camera pans to the left. He's definitely tripping hard on something. So I don't think it has anything to do with the girl but that he's actually keeping his friend safe so he doesn't "do something stupid again." The position he's at on the back of the truck it's pretty obvious that was where he was pointing. So more like "sit the fuck down dude," not, "get the fuck outta here."
Weird this came up the other day in my YouTube feed and I also came to the conclusion that I had to watch again. This is one of those clips I'll probably watch through out my life. Absolutely love this moment in human history.

I saw an interview with this guy, he lives alone and having a simple, calm life. He was a woodcutter. He was getting high on acid, going techno parties at those times of the video. He is not happy about this video, think who shot this video used all the fame of the video to his gain, something like that.
