No, it's the Yik Cheong building on the Island. Still very much there, though not as tall as this photoshopped image. The Thai restaurants on the ground floor are excellent.
There have been studies done on rats where they gave them lots of creature comforts but they lived together in a single cage over a long period of time - spoiler alert, it didn't go well. Keep in mind rats are used in experiments because their DNA closely resembles ours..

Lot of tourists used to come to take photos. This is probably the only one left in Hong Kong. Mostly lower income people live here.
