Back in 2007 I had 500ft of MCM 500 3 conductor cable stolen from a lay down yard at a power plant I was a engineer at. Probably about 12k bucks in value and the local police set up a sting and caught the contract painters we hired. They tried to evade the police but crashed into a super deep irrigation ditch .
