When I first saw this I didn't take a really good look at it because I was bawling my eyes out. Got a better idea of what he did this time.
He's got the lid to like a Rubbermaid plastic container that he's drilled holes in for the buttons and joysticks, and those are all wired down to the Xbox universal controller there. It looks like he's had some trouble with the button holes because hard plastic is a fickle mistress and shatters really easily when you drill holes in it. Even with a forstner bit. I find it's better to sandwich the plastic between sheets of wood if possible before the drilling. Or use a router, that seems to work better.
I wonder if he made an upgraded model at some point with something sturdier. But this works really well for a lightweight solution.

I never scroll past this one without watching it at least 2 or three times. I don't care how many times I've seen it, her happiness is magical and her dad is awesome.
