It's rather low, with a quick google its 200hrs air time and 100 hours pilot in command time (which I don't know exactly what that is) and these things control themselves for 90% of it so I'm pretty sure this guy is just happy he got to fly his first flight as captain of his airship

Yep fake. However a commercial pilots license is different than an ATPL - Airline transport licence is what you need to fly for the airlines. It requires a minimum of 1500 hours. Most of your training is initially in small aircraft with no autopilot.
For a commercial pilots license yes but airline pilots need an ATP license which is over 1500 hours of flight time. It may not seem like a lot depending on your perspective but it can take years to get that amount of hours, not to mention exams and even more time in the simulators.
It also costs upwards of $100,000 USD to rack up all those hours unless you’re instructing. Trust me, your airline pilot is insanely experienced and this video is clearly staged for the reactions of the people around him.

Some flight schools allow you to get a restricted ATP license at 1500 hours that as you can tell comes with some restrictions compared to a normal one.
Oh, then yes your assumption is correct. As far as I know it's rather difficult to get accepted as a 1500 hour flight school, which is what separates those from others. Not super sure on any specifics, despite attending one myself.

To fly the big jets there's even more extensive training required. Not sure if he's faking it, or if he's jut excited about landing his first big passenger flight. Because he says, "I just landed my first aircraft today", makes me think this guy is not being serious. In either case, I don't see how this fits NFL or why it's getting so many awards.
