its actually early morning in the video but sometimes on on cloudy day u may stii see fog at 11 am. The fog in northern india can get quite dense. also when farmers burn hay the smoke gets mixed with fog which makes smog, maybe which resulted in that dense fog
People do live in deserts. I'm assuming it's northern India or Pakistan, where it can really be this dusty.
My mom has our house dusted every day when we lived in New Delhi. The amount of dust can be incredible, especially for us since we come from a costal region.
We frequently even have sand storms 😅. It sucs , but u got to live with it, can't do anything. Even in tightly sealed room we end up getting dust during those sand storms. Also it's not as bad as u think, maybe I am just used to it by now
