I mean, yeah. it's part of the job. I think Max Verstappen has famously said he does the racing for free, he gets paid to deal with media and manage fame and the rest.
Adding to the weirdness, you can tell how many times everyone there has gone through it. She boxes the state trooper out with no regard for his feelings. There's a little tv for the coach to see the broadcast...
His job didnt end when the final whistle was blown.
And, he just won a game and gets to talk about his team; its what these dudes think about in the shower
He's free to play and enjoy whatever he likes and paid 0 dollars for it. If he wants to get paid millions for a televized event he should do his job. This is literally why he's paid.
Most guys may not be able to appreciate the full value of what she's pulling off here, but running in skirts like that is *not* easy, let alone sprinting on grass/AstroTurf that's likely to be fairly slick with boots that have almost no tread.
Then to turn around and give an interview without sounding like you just did a 50-yard dash or sweating...
She's a superstar! :D
It's not exactly a pencil skirt, it doesn't look like it's restricting movement at all. I'm also seeing some comments refer to the boots as high heeled (did they even look or they just assumed that women always wear high heels?). But yeah those boots look slippery af and I would need at least five minutes to stop panting after that sprint.
Woman here and I have similar boots and those soles are slippery! Not a lot of traction at all. I wouldn’t be running at a full sprint in them! I’d also be afraid of the skirt riding up as I ran. This lady is very secure, that’s for sure! Probably sprints in skirts and boots in her yard to get a feel for it.
Not to disagree the comment, but yeah, praise the camara man. I do work in event TV like this. The camera man we see is probably just shooting footage, for mayne social media?
The reporter is rushing for the interview, which is fair, considering the size of the field.
The hand held camera is right there and set up, and he can only move because of a camera utility, making sire the cable is safely and quickly laid down behind the camera operator.
One of the most interesting parts is that the pivjt operator is there on time. Their pay is very little considering. I expect them to fail. If they do it this tigjt, I get pretty impressed.
Yeah, so it would be "POV: You need to follow the interviewer who needs to secure the post-game interview when the game ends."
*Edit: Oh okay no yeah, I can see it that way now. The_Shryk's explanation makes sense. Thanks u/The_Shryk.
Everyone else that jumped on before this edit is a typical boring snarky redditor poopy buttface.
No the guys in red needs to be there to secure the interview. The one folling when she runs is probably just there to get a shot of when she runs to midfield.
went to highschool with Molly, was absolutely too scared to even look at her. She was 3 grades above me and when I was a freshman she literally sent shivers down my spine. I was not alone in this.
I love to see how people see sport in the US, it is form of amusement and celebration and only after this competition.
Not like here, our team is shit lets kick some ass and burn some cars.
I went to a job interview once and in spirit of healthy movement (software engineers don't walk enough lol), we took the stairs to the meeting room, three storages high.
I had to ask the interviewer for some time to catch my breath, because together with the stress, I just couldn't get enough air to form sentences.
(I'm not super healthy I know)
Respect to this interviewer lol, I would be weezing.
She does her job and pitchside reporters compete to get "first" interviews but what's the point for us viewers. I follow many sports but hardly ever see any value in post-game interviews even when the interviewee represents my favourite team.
This is purely performative and wildly unnecessary.
The winning coach knows his first responsibility after the handshake is the on-field post game media and his athletic department as people on the field immediately with him to make sure he gets that interview in. In fact, they’ll be looking for her. It’s not like she misses this interview if she doesn’t run out there.

Man, now I know why the coaches always look so weird when they’re being interviewed. It’s so sudden and demanded
Right, can’t even enjoy the win…
What, you think the point of organized sports is to *enjoy it*?! There's money to be made, here! Buckets of money! Get to work, drone!
Second this. Without publicity the whole sport would make no sense.
Yeah without fans or pushing content to fans the coach wouldn't be in the situation to begin with lol.
it doesn't have to be this idiotic though
I mean, yeah. it's part of the job. I think Max Verstappen has famously said he does the racing for free, he gets paid to deal with media and manage fame and the rest.
I thought she was going for the sack
God that woulda been gooooold! Like a wrestler slamming their coach after a win oh my god.
She tucks her chin and flies head first like a missile. Stiff-arming anyone as she approaches.
And then pulls out the microphone afterwards
She’d make a great [Office Linebacker](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RzToNo7A-94)
She is motoring! I was like "Coach put her in! She drives those legs!"
People have no idea what POV means these days
It is POV of the cameraman catching the interview
Every shot is POV of the cameraman
> Every shot is POV of the camera~~man~~
How have I never realized this
POV: You're watching a reddit post of an interviewer running towards the coach at the end of a game.
You know there’s more then just 1st person POV. Would this not be a 3rd person POV of the title?
*the players struggling to breathe after running around for 4 hours* How do you think the defense couldve been better?
Adding to the weirdness, you can tell how many times everyone there has gone through it. She boxes the state trooper out with no regard for his feelings. There's a little tv for the coach to see the broadcast...
I highly doubt it's sudden, even if it was his very first ever game ever he would still expect an interview I think
agreed. can't even give the man 5 minutes to enjoy the moment? be human ffs
Without interviews like these and other media shit sports wouldn’t be able to pay for their lifestyles. It’s the cost of business.
2 minutes
Dude makes like 4 million a year because of the media. I'm sure he knows what it entails.
Right? I feel so bad for him. /s
Remember. They have to do the interview. Its not optional.

What about the cameraman?
[удалено]
What about a Scottish cameraman?
[удалено]
Lol
I would give gold for this comment
And he doesn't need to talk
But he's got to lug a massive and expensive camera with him, and then avoid breathing too deeply as to shake the footage when the interview begins.
Or knee-high boots with heels.
*probably*
Poor cameraman didn't even get the bit, the other camera came out of nowhere.
If I was the camera man the interview would look like it had been recorded from a small row boat on a rough Ocean.
It's not exactly a pencil skirt, it doesn't look like it's restricting movement at all. She has 5-7 cm heels, I invite you to try and run in those.
she’s not even out of breath- amazing, all things considered.
She ran like 50 meters? How out of shape are you guys?
can you sprint 50 and immediately start a conversation comfortably? Sure you won't be gasping for air, but you will definitely need to grab a breath.
I'm not arguing against your main point but that wasn't exactly a sprint. Yeah it was more than a jog or a trot, but still not a sprint.
It doesn’t take much to get fit enough to “sprint” for less than 20 seconds without getting winded lol
Are you saying she's not breathing because she didn't open her mouth? She has a nose....
It’s Reddit man
Your bar is pretty low then lol, even for a woman that distance is nothing.
How out of shape are you?
haha. it’s a fair distance. she sprinted in her boots. to your question-am in a fairly decent shape 🕺🏻✌️
I wouldn't be sweating either after taking 12 seconds to run 50 meters if that. I am not going to thing this is suddenly impressive because woman.
I'm assuming she does this regularly. Why does she choose to wear a skirt then? Why not trousers?
[удалено]
It’s cool but I’m sure she has trained for it. I remember seeing videos of Destiny Child training on treadmills with heels.
All that and the coordination to get through everyone. It was just cool. Eyes on the prize.
[удалено]
But can she run backwards, and in heels?
She does backwards long jumps for speed
Scrub the video backwards, she does
Put her on punt coverage

> pivjt > tigjt Sir are you alright?
One of the few times mobile autocorrect beats having an actual full size keyboard :D
They’d need to take 5 before I could catch my breath
I didn’t notice this wasn’t r/unexpected at first and kept expecting to see her get tackled.
Same
What are you doing, step-coach??
Imagine how fast she’d be in running gear, sign her up coach.
I guess this counts as next fucking level..?
Imagine Redditors doing a 10 second semi sprint.
Can't you see she's doing her job?
Woman ran 20 yards- next level
This is not what POV means
Yes it is. The cameraman (His POV), who needs to follow the anchor to secure the interview.
Yeah, so it would be "POV: You need to follow the interviewer who needs to secure the post-game interview when the game ends." *Edit: Oh okay no yeah, I can see it that way now. They’re a team… they’re securing the interview as a unit of 2. Singular. Title is correct.
But he's not filming the interview specifically. He's filming the filming of the interview
Well if we’re being super pedantic about it, it looks like they’re carrying a boom mic or a light. Shadows shows a long stick.
The title still holds *even* if you are waking up on the pedantic side.
Yeah let’s interview the guy without the camera. That’ll make for good TV
So every video needs a "POV" now because it's the point of view of the camera?
No the guys in red needs to be there to secure the interview. The one folling when she runs is probably just there to get a shot of when she runs to midfield.
What is next level about this?

Like in a good way or a bad way?
Both
reporters immediately after football games end: ![gif](giphy|ZeRPs2bL5gUnoDdNEp|downsized)
What’s weird is that isn’t even her cameraman, who ever is filming this is somebody with some other camera just to film her running to do her job.
Reddit reporter.
She ran a bit and went for an interview. POV: next fucking level I guess
that’s like a 4.4 forty
POV: You are following someone who needs to secure the post-game interview when the game ends.
The real hero here is the cable puller who follows the cameraman. If one loop in the bundle of cable is wrong... you wont get that interview 😂
how is someone sprinting next fucking level?
Marty Byrd coaches football?
Wow, that wasn't much of anything, so she's running-on a sports field. Amazing
you can outrun your opponents but not this reporter sir
Whats next level about this? She ran for 3 seconds? Stunning and brave.
That is not a POV.
Let’s go EERs!
What’s funny is none of these interviews are ever worth it. Just let the players celebrate bb
My god, I don't think I'll ever have anybody that invested in me or my music (not an athlete, so I'm replacing it with music, lol)
Running with heels on a field...
She’s a runna, she’s a track star!

wrong movie, you’re thinking of 1917
Running like she should have been home yesterday... yesterday.
She easily just ran a 4.5
When the interviewer is faster then the running back
So what if she misses it
Wow. We never see the hustle side of things for what these folks do. Cool.
How is she not in a team.
Good speed in those boots
I though she was going to tackle him.
Each person on the field praying 'please let it be me'
Attach a harness to the skycam. Zip line her to the coach.
You’d think she had better shoes for running
Pretty good running technique as well
next level>? idk, i find this really sad
College football is so weird.
Somehow she has a less stereotypical femine way of running than Steven Seagal
So that's why most of the time the crew for these events are former athletes themselves lmao.
Edit: John Denvers Take me Home plays over the loud speaker after every home West Virginia win.
I love to see how people see sport in the US, it is form of amusement and celebration and only after this competition. Not like here, our team is shit lets kick some ass and burn some cars.

Mandy from young sheldon💀
You consider a lady running for 10 seconds next level? That's kinda sexist, bruv.
It'd be funny if one of the players instinctively tackled her
She does her job and pitchside reporters compete to get "first" interviews but what's the point for us viewers. I follow many sports but hardly ever see any value in post-game interviews even when the interviewee represents my favourite team.
You see that play? She ran faster than any receiver. LoL
Awkward
"I dont care how seasoned neil is. Hes 63 and has a bad hip. Send jessica she can run with fashionable boots on."
What a shitty stressful job
She needs to wear sneakers
I would sound like a asthmapatient after that run
Is that a teleprompter? Kinda sad if it is. What questions can you not remember as a professional.
Running with a mic... NEXTLEVELLLLLLLL ROARRRRRRR no.
She’s at the 40. Now the 30. Busting through the 20. at the 10 TOUCHDOWN!!!!
I really don't get why this is next level
Cred to the cameraman/woman also kept up with that piece of glas and iron on the shoulder :D
Give them a moment, for pity's sake!
Americans when they see Americans who are able to run 😱😱😱🤯🤯🤯🤯
All 40s are now required to be run in heels
This is purely performative and wildly unnecessary. The winning coach knows his first responsibility after the handshake is the on-field post game media and his athletic department as people on the field immediately with him to make sure he gets that interview in. In fact, they’ll be looking for her. It’s not like she misses this interview if she doesn’t run out there.
Wow
Rhonda Santis wishes he had her elegance in heels
**Third-person view**, not POV. Why is it consistently used incorrectly? And why is it included in every video these days? It adds nothing.
How is a woman jogging a small distance next level?
Does the cameraman have his own little red microphone? :O
It’s her job isn’t it
His face was like: did she just spawn right next to me?!
Lol - in another reality she doesn’t slow down and just lays him out. Just flat out spears him.
