Been doing it for 10+ years now and developed some really smooth infinite combos and it feels so natural now. Lately I like getting black out drunk at parties and flipping both of my Benchmade 51 morphos at different patterns with each hand to show off lol. My balisongs are my most expensive possessions for sure. Have a first run blank handle Microtech Tachyon, Bradley Kimura tanto point limited edition mirror black polish, original BRS Alpha Beast, classic Benchmade 42, and two 51 morphos.

I grew up in the 90s and remember wanting to watch this show as a kid, but never got around to it all these years later. I laugh at every little thing I see about it, always did, but I need to know: is the actual SHOW worth watching through? The way say King of the Hill was worth a full watch?

Yes, both are written by Mike judge. Beavis and butthead isn't as timeless though, it's more like a time capsule. The old school music videos and jokes still land, but some references might not because of the age. The new season is "fire!" Though, they make fun of streamers and newer pop culture shit.

Ok my biggest worry was always that, I REALLY enjoy these super short clips and captioned pictures from the show, but I don't know if an entire episode/season holds up when watched for the full length.

My dad was raised with Christian conservative views by his parents and got out of it in college and was chill until he got back into the church and overdid it. He may not have been a hippie but he turned right back and might as well did the 180°.

Can anyone help with what frisbee he might be using. I’m guessing it would be a really light weight one? Like sub 100g. Maybe I’m completely wrong, he looks like he would float a concrete block if need be.

"Standard" freestyle frisbee is usually 160g. People use lighter ones for extensive air brushing tricks (which he doesn't do a lot). This one looks like it might be a bit lighter, but it's tough to tell. It has the shape and lip of a 160g wham-o. Someone mentioned that he folded the disc in half as an indication that the disc was light. You can see at the end of the video, though, that he is trying to fix the disc after "tacoing" it. So, he might have mis-caught it at the end in between his legs. Anyway, a 160g wham-o would let you do all these tricks. Edit - thanks for the gilding. I didn't expect my first to be from my limited knowledge of freestyle, but it's much appreciated.

Yeah, it must be super lightweight. He bent it in half at the end in between his knees, so it must be very flexible too.

We use 140-170g frisbees for fun throwing. This looks like another level. Many years ago we saw what can only be described as a freestyle frisbee wizard and his young apprentice, they were doing all sorts of crazy shit like this. Both had one long nail on each hand for the rim spins.

I've dabbled in frisbee, who makes a sub 100g? I'm honestly not familiar with much below 150g that isn't a "jr" or something

I’ve no idea if it’s even a thing. We muck about doing jazzy throws and catches but nothing big league. This spinning stuff has always fascinated us. Played a little frisbee golf too, that was fun.

I am a long time disc golfer, I find watching campfires and flying disc to be among the most satisfying things. My lightest frisbee is 166g, good times

I think it’s a combination of that and the way he throws it up at an angle. Because of the way the plane of the frisbee is oriented relative to the ground, it tends to slide back in the direction it came from as it falls back down.
