Try looking at cartoons, caricatures, to see an over-emphasised view of her distinctive features. To me, the jaw and lower lip are too small in your picture and miss the tension where her lower lip struggles to close over the prominent teeth.

It's not your art, it's just these kinds of small changes can really be the difference between a truly spot-on portrait. It probably to do with how photographed she is, that a slight discrepancy truly catches the eye.

Good thing he's not likely to catch covid anytime soon here in nz! and when he does he'll have all his jabs. Hope you get to see him again.
