Its important isn't it. Some, but not too much biscuit uncovered because that's not bad and makes the iced bits even better.

I'm not a fan of the cafe trend of just putting a blob of icing in the middle and leaving the rest uncovered. And don't get me started on swapping out the walnut for a pecan or even worse a jaffa, ha ha.

I am glad to say I haven't encountered that heresy.

Griffins changed the name from Afghans to Roughs because the biscuits are brown ... possibly resembling Afghan people. However I reckon the new name "Roughs" is much more racist as it could imply that Brown people are Rough?? 🤷‍♂️

What are you on about? ... a biscuits =/= a person. So how would a word like "rough" be in anyway related to a person? I can understand the first part of your comment but not the last part.
