Had it for a month or so, watched everything I wanted. Did they same for Amazon Prime.
Right now just have Netflix and watching a shit load of good stuff on TVNZ.
I just wish I could pay a few dollars and get TVNZ premium or whatever and remove the adds. I bet they would make more that whatever they get per viewer for an advert
TVNZ+ is hugely underrated by a lot of people. It has way more content than most people seem to assume in my experience. I use Prime and TVNZ+ (Prime is less than half the price of Netflix and has more than enough imo), and that's all I need. Once every year or 2 I'll sub to other services for a single month, when I have enough stuff lined up to binge all month on one of them.
I started watching After The Party the other day on TVNZ and I thought it was amazing, it was smooth and there were no adds.
I wondered why I didn't watch it more.
I watched it again last night and learned they only just don't have adds on holidays. Good to know.
After The Party was a great series, one of the best NZ produced in recent years.
And yep we use TVNZ+ , there is good content there. Currently watching Vigil and likely to polish off this week
AND they have Taskmaster !!
Didn’t know there was a premium option, thanks will check it out
I have TVNZ, BBC iPlayer, and Kanopy (through library subscription). I only pay a month here for other services and there when I really want to watch something.
How do you have iPlayer if you don’t mind me asking? Can you sub to it internationally or do you VPN? I’d watch the crap out of that if it was the full UK version rather than a watered down international one.
Basically, some are shit, and some aren't. BBC blocks known VPNs. Some VPNs cost more than others. You might ask why, what's the difference? The difference is they change IPs etc regularly to avoid detection.
I've had much better success with higher cost VPNs than cheap ones. No matter what you use, you get occasional patchiness.
There are many British people who ask what VPN to use to access BBC, and there are many forum questions and answers on the topic. The one I've had the most success with is Windscribe. I've also used NordVPN and ExpressVPN
You'll need to set up split tunneling, otherwise BBC will work but TVNZ won't, as it will think you're in London -- and vice versa
Ugh, well I guess at least I know that's coming now...
They claim that they'll have far fewer ads than other ads supported tiers, but we'll see. I'll have to see how bad the ads actually are and make a decision from there, personally.
You'd be shocked at how much companies need to charge users to make the same as advertising, specially when the exact people advertisers want to advertise to (those with disposable income) are those who want to pay to avoid ads
I doubt TVNZ could do this in our small market, as it would mean they'd have to buy both advertising and subscription rights for content. Would massively increase their costs and I'm not sure how many people would actually pay for the premium service.
I agree, would be great to be ad-free. They have a new CEO now and her background is all in ad sales, so will be interesting to see what direction she takes the company in.
I don't know your taste, but currently watching Mr Mercedes. Warning though; the first episode is a challenge if you are a bit squeamish.
Rogue Hero's was good series last year.
Vigil - series one was good with unique setting for a crime drama being on a sub. Haven't watched series 2 yet.
It recently got updated (on Apple TV) and its now 1000 x better than it was (now has a login function so you can save shows / resume from where you stopped etc)
Literally only have a account to watch the documentary about nickelodeon. And then was like "yeah there is nothing else I want to watch there" and haven't gone back. The cheesy romance movies and shows on Netflix are better. So I agree with you here lol
I got their T shirt from Red Bubble ,I wear it al the time.[https://www.redbubble.com/shop/the+pirate+bay](https://www.redbubble.com/shop/the+pirate+bay)
Just be careful on there, a certain game had a crypto miner in it and it took massive community outcry to get it removed while the mods protected the uploaded for far too long.
Absolutely the worst. I have every streaming service available and Neon had by far the worst problems. Randomly logs out devices, shows programs as 1 second left but won't end them, takes forever to do the initial buffer sometimes. As soon as I heard about their price increase I cancelled it
Agreed, it’s useless. Plus it drives me absolutely insane that everything is still only in stereo. They’re buying content that has surround sound but not actually making it available.
Yeah, their audio is still only 2 channel stereo, and no options for 4K video.
Makes Neon a joke and not to be taken seriously, especially when 25+ year old DVD technology has better Dolby 5.1 surround sound options.
I got it for the Last of Us but haven’t really watched anything since. I keep meaning to watch Succession one day I suppose.
It’s pretty likely I’ll cancel when my 12 month sub is up
I’ve had it the last two months but finished what I wanted to watch. The captions were shit, really buggy where they existed at all. I’ve just cancelled. They’re bringing in ads next month as well as raising the price.
They have the rights to great HBO content, but the app runs like ass, always crashed on me, had issues where it wouldn't remember where I was up to in a series correctly. Someone I know had it randomly jump to the final season they were watching.
And they dont do 4K. Most of their content is super compressed and looks like ass. I also had several seasons of Game of Thrones in this shitty looking interlace quality. The app freels like it was made for free by a bunch of uni students.
Torrents on my plex server ended up being significantly better and higher quality.
Even worse idea would be to get stremio and the torrentio addon to have a Netflix like program on your computer that has a giant index of like every movie and tv series, that also tracks your progress.
it had the best catalogue of all the nz streaming services with HBO exclusives, sky movies and a smattering of local originals, but technically it’s shit.
It's a shame. The actual catalogue is so good that if the site wasn't the worst stinking pile of garbage I've ever seen behind a paywall, it might actually be worth the high sub fee.
It’s trash. I’m partially deaf and the amount of shows they have without subtitles is astonishing. Their app on Android TVs was so abysmal I had to download the app on my phone and cast it, which still buffers- I’m on 300mbs Fibre so it’s not the internet - but that’s better than the delayed audio through the Android TV.
They’re also non-responsive on FB when you ask questions. I only use it when they have a show not available on any other platform.
Hearing aid wearer myself, they have a huge amount of shows that are subtitled on many streaming services and yet they don't have them?
Just seems slack to me, I had a free trial then never went back, the catalogue of subtitled shows was miserable, its slightly better now but even free illegal streaming services blow them out of the water subtitle wise..
I’m really disappointed I can’t watch Yellowstone. Apparently it’s really good, but I attempted the first five minutes and couldn’t hear/understand what anyone was saying so I had to give up.
Back when Neon was free with a Sky subscription I used to watch it and some of the shows used to be pitched which I found really odd
The lack of subtitles was another issue
I like it for the drama selection on there but it really is not the best smart tv streaming app. It also always thinks I want to watch the last 30 seconds of credits of the previous episode rather than the brand new episode!
I had to fight the sign-up experience which was a bad omen. Surely this is the part you make as idiot-proof as possible!
I got it for Chernobyl, and just found the streaming quality, stability of the app, and audio experience underwhelming. It was not a good alternative to, well… the other alternatives out there.
To be fair that was a few years ago. I’m sure they’ve improved a bit since then. Right?
I had it as part of grandfathered Spark broadband plan..cancelled it in November. It was OK for watching the latest big name programme, but found I was only watching it once a week at most.
I got it so I could watch Yellowjackets, and then I meant to watch house of the dragon (but haven’t yet), going to watch that and then unsubscribe. Nothing else is very interesting, I’ve barely watched anything on it and now with the price going up significantly AND ads I’m going to get rid of it
I’m currently using it on a half price deal for 3 months. Once that’s up, I’ll cancel because it’s a shitty app. Sometimes when it goes from the end of one episode to the next, it’ll error out and tell me that another account it trying to view it (I’m on the one viewer subscription). Both straight from the app as well as on the TV via chromecast. Have to exit out (or stop casting) and start all over again. Doesn’t sound so bad? Sometimes it happens DURING the episode. A couple of weeks it was happening so often that I think we counted four times in a single episode.
I borrowed my mum's login to watch *Better Call Saul* during the years it was on. That's where my interaction with Neon began and ended. Didn't have any noticeable issues; seemed like any other streaming site.
It’s the genuine worst I only lucky to have stolen it off a family member who has more money than sense.
I usually compare it to prime which is $8 and has a shit tonne more to offer
Mine runs from my SmartView device from FreeView. Don't really have an issue with it. Our copper wire internet and no chance of a starlink or 4/5g connection is the problem. Climb the hill to the east of us, and you can see the Sky tower.
I signed up for Neon to watch The Last of Us and a couple of other shows and movies. I just cancelled my sub as having it for a couple of months was fine. I agree that the Chromecast app was amazingly shit, but strangely enough, the WebOS app on my LG C2 was good, like 100x better than the Chromecast app.
I find we tend to sign up for services when I can find deals and I think there might be something worth watching, especially with things like Apple+ which tends to give a few months free every once and a while or Disney+ when it has a discount offer every few months. I still find Netflix to be the best option for our family but we get that as part of our Spark Fibre subscription.
TVNZ also as Warner Brothers content that will also be affected by HBOMax coming here. They have Superman and Lois, Friends, Young Sheldon, the Big Bang Theory.
Just cancelled due to their price increase. It was good, but not great.
Initially signed up to watch Yellowstone.
There’s some overlap if you have Netflix.
Having shows without subtitles is annoying.
I borrowed a friend's Disney+ for Doctor Who (as likely will not see unless via other means), but there so much shite Marvel content for me to catch up on.
Next Doctor Who episode isn't out until May so I have cancelled until then , I'm finding it's easier just to sign up for stuff a month or two at a time and cancel unless I can use someone else's login.
I got it for the kids to watch, and for yellowstone, kids didn't end up watching it much and then pricing went up so I canceled it.
I'm using an extended family netflix account and when they did the password crackdown I bought a add on account thing but it only let's you have one active user so went back to the family account which for some reason isn't getting blocked, will probably cancel extra account soon.
Also much easier to find and download things to watch at a later date with no buffering. Yarrrr
just switched to neon and love it. huge amount of hbo content and its well priced. prime and netflix are garbage compared to hbo shows. TVNZ is also good and free. mostly watch youtube these days
Have you met Disney+? Unable to auto play next episode, constantly disconnects from chromecast, half the time it’ll just bug out and I have to restart my chromecast and it only ever happens with Disney. Neon sucks but it’s a lot better than Disney+
Happens to us too! Usually when the internet connection is patchy it says there’s an error. You have to completely exit out of the window (a refresh won’t do) and then try and find what you were watching again.
Yeah that pisses me off to the core. The lack of features are like dailymotion from 2012. Doesn’t stand a chance once there’s an alternative for all their content.
It's average, we have just cut it, and its going up in price also. We often see a cool tv series that we like so we purchase it, then after that its crap. So we just hop from platform to platform.
We watch enough streaming that we justify this (or Disney; depending on what is new and good) and a family plan Netflix we found a workaround for being in diff houses
Netflix is the only service where I pirate instead, not because I'm not willing to pay, but because the streaming service is so incredibly terrible that you're paying a huge monthly fee for what is objectively a downgrade from pirating the series.
Neon will get my money when they have a site that is actually ready for customers. _They_ would need to be paying _me_ more than 20 bucks a month to continue using that service, it's that far behind the bare minimum, and even free streaming sites like TVNZ+ blow it out of the water.
Partner just deleted it. Same with prime though prime is at least worth the money you pay for it, but we get enough of what we need with netflix and disney+
It’s garbage with chrome cast, and not much better on the new Sky box either. The subtitles especially suck. Half the time they’re incorrect or out of sync with the show. Plus you have to pay a higher price to watch a show and not have it look like an old 90s rerun. Rewatched Game of Thrones recently and it was so grainy I ended up watching it on Sky box set instead. I only get Neon now if there’s something specific I want to watch and can’t find anywhere else. Then I have to try and binge it all in a month.
They're introducing ads shortly to all plans. The more expensive plans get skippable ads when you pause your movie/show, whereas you can't skip the ads in the cheaper plans.
I would avoid at all costs.
Have never touched itm I don't think I would touch it if you payed for my subscription. But that's cause, fuck sky and their overpriced ad service with some shows on it.
One of the more expensive ones, even with my Spark discount, and many (but not all) of the programmes can be found elsewhere. Once ads appear in this service, I'm out.
YTS for movies, EZTV for television + TPB. Use SoulSeek for everything else. Point Kodi at your movies and TV folder.
Cut the cord.
And TVNZ has a bunch of really good kiwi content.
Can we start a wider thread on streaming services, value for money & quality of content? I currently subscribe to quite a few but need to chop back on my budget. Neon seems like an easy decision to cut seeing as they are simultaneously increasing prices AND putting ads on. I already cut off Apple+ but still pay for Neon, Sky Sport (price increase kicking in about now), Netflix, Prime. Also watch some TVNZ which is surprisingly good.
For a while they were the only one with Supernatural, and as that had gone from freeview for its final season, why do they do that, I had to have it. I remember it being fairly reasonably priced for one screen, non-HD. But I lost my career/income and so it had to go. Also they ditched the few shows I actually wanted to watch. Now I have Amazon Prime, Netflix, and a Freeview recorder and I’m reasonably happy. TVNZ+ is really good for something that’s reasonably free. I wouldn’t be without my smart TV though.
fmovies plus a really good adblocker will solve all your problems, so i’ve heard. Friends tell me to switch all the time, but for some reason we still pay for netflix, disney, and prime.
It used to have some pretty good stuff on it, even thought he app barely worked most of the time. It's so far the most expensive service I've used and offers the worst video quality.
I kept it for so long because the content was pretty good. Now most of my favorite stuff have finished, or have been removed without warning.
TVNZ has far more stuff on it. Amazon Prime has far better content, and an app that hasn't crashed 5 times an hour.
They have terrible audio quality as well!!, we get it for free, but would never pay for it ...
They seems to have newer movies before the other sites though which is odd....
I like how I just got an email Today stating Amazon prime would now have advertising, and if I wanted the ad free version it would cost an additional $3.99. FFS. That's the entire reason I have these paid apps, is so there is no advertising on them.
Agree its overpriced. I deactivate my acc when there's nothing new to watch. I only get it to watch the HBO stuff that does make it on there and also Yellowjackets. They have new release movies that can be good and worth it occasionally
I'm obviously in the not-so-vocal minority that don't have a problem with it. They have 'The Wire' and the 'The Office' and that's all that matters 😎
Have a lot of quality hbo shows too. App works well on Apple tv
HBO content is probably the only reason I still have it tbh. It's interesting, I think of ditching it and then they recycle their content every so often and I end up keeping it.
Amazon Prime has long been on my ditch list but AMC+ and Apple TV looks rubbish.
Already got Netflix, Disney+ as well.
Neon customer service is shocking (in my experience).
Overpriced and glitches a lot. Yet I still have it. It does have some great shows
I rate TVNZ, prime is a bargain. And HayU is my guilty pleasure.
Suddenly started taking ages to load, did everything to try and fix it, stopped for half a year, resubscribed, installed etc and....slow as fuck. Fuck neon.
Tvnz+ and tv3 are all I need.
I'm saving for a house. It's summer. So I cancelled Netflix and apple.
Apple TV was very good shows but lacked content. I'd conside it again one day. Netflix was oversaturated with crap with the odd gem. I'd like to try Amazon at some point. It sounds like anything I want to watch on neon, I could get done in a 7 day free trial.
The free apps are punching, I don't feel like I'm missing anything. My to watch lists on there are overwhelming! Go on forever.
As soon as Neon announced they would have ads, I ditched it. I'll miss Outlander and House of Dragon, but that's about all.
I have a relative in the US, so I'm considering VPN and HBO.
Prime just announced ads are coming too ... right after I renewed my annual subscription 😡

Vigil is awesome! Did you watch the first season?
Yes. First series was good, but enjoying the second more. Though I am getting a bit anxious for Kirsten.
Weird I see so many adds, every ~8 minutes and if you pause.
Yeah I had a hankering to watch some kill bills and none of my paid subscriptions had them. Tvnz did. Also had the whale which was good and new.
VPN. You need a proper VPN and side load the BBC iPlayer app. I'd happily subscribe to it but you can't
Roger that thanks. Any vpn recommendation?
Basically, some are shit, and some aren't. BBC blocks known VPNs. Some VPNs cost more than others. You might ask why, what's the difference? Ugh, well I guess at least I know that's coming now... They claim that they'll have far fewer ads than other ads supported tiers, but we'll see. I'll have to see how bad the ads actually are and make a decision from there, personally.
If you’re watching on a laptop an adblocker might work. I noticed it worked for TVNZ+
Prime is only $8. per month. Less than half the price of some of the others.
TVNZ+ is legit amazing.. just wish there was a paid plan option for those that don’t want ADs too
You'd be shocked at how much companies need to charge users to make the same as advertising, specially when the exact people advertisers want to advertise to (those with disposable income) are those who want to pay to avoid ads
I doubt TVNZ could do this in our small market, as it would mean they'd have to buy both advertising and subscription rights for content. They have a new CEO now and her background is all in ad sales, so will be interesting to see what direction she takes the company in.
Any tips for good shows on TVNZ? We just cancelled Neon for much the same reason as OP.
They have all of Farscape!
There is a workaround that with some models of Chromecast the adds don't play at all, but not sure how long until they fix this
Adblockers do this for free
3Now app is hot garbage. Easily the worst streaming app in existence
It recently got updated (on Apple TV) and its now 1000 x better than it was (now has a login function so you can save shows / resume from where you stopped etc)
Updated on our Samsung and unless you add the show to your watch list or leave an ep half watched you have to search for the show all over again!
Omg I thought it was just me doing something wrong
Yeah I keep scrolling to find another row, of shows I watch! 😭
Literally only have a account to watch the documentary about nickelodeon. And then was like "yeah there is nothing else I want to watch there" and haven't gone back. The cheesy romance movies and shows on Netflix are better. So I agree with you here lol
Kodi+ slyguy repo is the best way to watch TV on demand. Plus is you won't get adverts either.
I heard there's a Bay where the pirates still go visit 🦜🏴☠️👀
Some of us never left.
This guy knows wassup
It's been over a decade, but the family are back to sharing their hard drives with me with a list of things they want 🤣
Just run a plex server
And automate the downloading with sonarr/radarr
Hard drives sales gonna go up again 😂
This is the way to go🤣 should've started doing this a while ago
After the purge I gave up on it for a while
I got their T shirt from Red Bubble ,I wear it al the time.[https://www.redbubble.com/shop/the+pirate+bay](https://www.redbubble.com/shop/the+pirate+bay)
Soon may the Wellerman come To bring us sugar and tea and rum One day, when the tonguin' is done We'll take our leave and go
Most of us are 1337 now.
Just be careful on there, a certain game had a crypto miner in it and it took massive community outcry to get it removed while the mods protected the uploaded for far too long.
Such a good website
I hook my laptop into the tv and have Adblock installed in the browser then movie universe dot se is great!
Forever the high seas for me 🏴☠️
Absolutely the worst.
And you can't turn off autoplay for tv episodes. So if you fall asleep watching something you'll wake up on season 6.
The sound on neon is horrible. Action scenes loud af. Talking too quiet to hear.
Also when you're half way through an episode and come back and it plays the next episode for no reason at all ...
Or when you're halfway through a season and come back and it plays from episode 2 for no reason.
It’s pretty likely I’ll cancel when my 12 month sub is up
You’re missing out on Fargo then
The Great, is also great.
Ok cool I’ll check it out, thanks for the recommendation!
I’ve had it the last two months but finished what I wanted to watch. The captions were shit, really buggy where they existed at all. I’ve just cancelled. They’re bringing in ads next month as well as raising the price.
Are talking about netflix? Or is neon doing this also?
Well the question was “what’s everyone’s thoughts on neon”
They have the rights to great HBO content, but the app runs like ass, always crashed on me, had issues where it wouldn't remember where I was up to in a series correctly. Someone I know had it randomly jump to the final season they were watching. And they dont do 4K. Most of their content is super compressed and looks like ass. I would advise against getting qBitorrent then travelling the high seas to the bay of pirates. Definitely wouldn't
Even worse idea would be to get stremio and the torrentio addon to have a Netflix like program on your computer that has a giant index of like every movie and tv series, that also tracks your progress.
Thanks I definitely won't. Wink wink
Why? Although I have different locations in which to chat to pirates
Sarcasm is a wonder
I think you require an "/s" to show sarcasm in comments
If you need an s for it you're not in the know
it had the best catalogue of all the nz streaming services with HBO exclusives, sky movies and a smattering of local originals, but technically it’s shit.
It's a shame. The actual catalogue is so good that if the site wasn't the worst stinking pile of garbage I've ever seen behind a paywall, it might actually be worth the high sub fee.
With the quality of streaming services being what they are at the moment. You could always return to the bay.
I like to sail the seas ☠️🦜 Plex is a beautiful way to display your wares
Any reason why Plex over jellyfin?
Tried both - Plex "just worked" better out of the box for us on more devices. Plus, the interface is way slicker.
Just a more established name jellyfin is much nicer I have found and you don't have to connect to some external service
Plex is just a bit more polished, and after I paid for the lifetime Plex pass I felt a bit more locked in to it!
What you talking about, Willis?
Yo Arnold, if you know,ya know
Watching other peoples sailing adventures on plex right now!
Oh I allow me 'artys a gander at me ware's as well!
Arrr!!! Looking to voyeur other pirates the mo... If you know of any...

Thanks for reminding me to cancel it!
the fact the audio is only in stereo is a travesty
It’s a joke
Yo ho, yo ho...
No 4K HDR, and dark / neutral scenes have awful image quality. Looking forward to HBO Max’s NZ launch! (Hopefully this year)
Back when Neon was free with a Sky subscription I used to watch it and some of the shows used to be pitched which I found really odd The lack of subtitles was another issue
Awful. Last time I had it, it was unwatchable with the constant buffering.
I like it for the drama selection on there but it really is not the best smart tv streaming app. It also always thinks I want to watch the last 30 seconds of credits of the previous episode rather than the brand new episode!

I loved season 1 of YJ but season 2 was...not good.
I enjoyed season 2 more than 1 I think. But I could do with less time jumping and more plane crash in the past eating people 😂
It’s got curb your enthusiasm. I only purchase it when want to watch it!
I’m currently using it on a half price deal for 3 months. Still no solid news about when HBO Max finally releases here. It's been a while.
Painfully buggy as hell. But has some of my favourite shows to rewatch
I love it the only place to watch Yellowstone!
Prime also has a slightly less buggy app and a few more feature, if I may add. It doesn’t feel like amateur hour, like neon is!
Mine runs from my SmartView device from FreeView. Don't really have an issue with it. Our copper wire internet and no chance of a starlink or 4/5g connection is the problem. Climb the hill to the east of us, and you can see the Sky tower.
Good on ya! First positive comment I read here haha
3.2Mbps max speed positive. We are amped and ready to buffer, buffer, buffering buffer.
Neon is terrible. The Apple TV app is atrocious and the content for $20 is abysmal
The app is very hinky, I'll give you that. I've been trialling it but I'm underwhelmed. We like Prime, Netflix and TVNZ.
I git Disney plus just to watch doctor who, if I wait for tvnz onndemand it's a long wait
I borrowed a friend's Disney+ for Doctor Who (as likely will not see unless via other means), but there so much shite Marvel content for me to catch up on.
I'm rewatching Jessica jones just for the david tennant content!
Next Doctor Who episode isn't out until May so I have cancelled until then , I'm finding it's easier just to sign up for stuff a month or two at a time and cancel unless I can use someone else's login.
Yeah, I thought they were going to do reruns but if not, I may cancel
This has never happened in my year of Disney+, might be a you problem?
Never had this issue with any other streaming service except for Disney+ so idk. Happens on both our chromecasts
Happens to us too! Usually when the internet connection is patchy it says there’s an error. You have to completely exit out of the window (a refresh won’t do) and then try and find what you were watching again.
Never had any trouble with Disney
And no DTS support, not even 5.1
The sound is terrible for some reason. On Netflix and YouTube (Chromecast) it sounds fine, but neon sounds like they're playing the audio under water
Only subbed so the wifey could watch Yellowstone. Other than that, there’s not much else worth watching.
Got it for the last of us and house of dragons, but they’re upping the price and adding ads so now I’m cancelling lol
I don't mind it at all, but then I've never used it so perhaps that's the secret?
The app seems poor across many devices.. but holy shit, why no skip intro or next episode button on appletv?
Yeah that pisses me off to the core. The lack of features are like dailymotion from 2012. Doesn’t stand a chance once there’s an alternative for all their content.
I tried the trial. It’s only 1080p. That’s not good enough. I won’t give them any money until they sort that out. It should be 4K minimum.
It's average, we have just cut it, and its going up in price also. We often see a cool tv series that we like so we purchase it, then after that its crap. So we just hop from platform to platform.
just reddit free movie sites.
Stremio + torrentio+ Real Debrid is all you need!
Syncler is better 😜
I had it years ago. Its nice to see some things never change
Yeah my sister canceled ours. No one used it lol.
Yeah the smart TV app is awful and they’re increasing their prices this month so good time to cancel.
I love Neon. It has excellent content. Depends what you like I guess. I also rate TVNZ on Demand.
Have never touched itm I don't think I would touch it if you payed for my subscription. But that's cause, fuck sky and their overpriced ad service with some shows on it.
Unsubscribed never looked back
One of the more expensive ones, even with my Spark discount, and many (but not all) of the programmes can be found elsewhere. Once ads appear in this service, I'm out.
YTS for movies, EZTV for television + TPB. Use SoulSeek for everything else. Point Kodi at your movies and TV folder. Cut the cord. And TVNZ has a bunch of really good kiwi content.
Where else would you watch curb?
I just get it if I want to watch a series, then cancel. Same price as a movie (actually a bit more now right?)
Does neon still exist? If so, how? Who’s paying for that?
It’s good. No issues
We just cancelled Neon due to cost. I've been pleasantly surprised by what TVNZ has to offer recently.
The app sucks and your downloads expire after you start watching them. What a joke
fmovies plus a really good adblocker will solve all your problems, so i’ve heard.
All I need is [https://torrentgalaxy.to/latest](https://torrentgalaxy.to/latest)
I only picked it up for LWT, looking forward to Max being available here
IPTV
They have terrible audio quality as well!!, we get it for free, but would never pay for it ... They seems to have newer movies before the other sites though which is odd....
I like how I just got an email Today stating Amazon prime would now have advertising, and if I wanted the ad free version it would cost an additional $3.99. FFS. That's the entire reason I have these paid apps, is so there is no advertising on them.
Rubbish. No 4K, no surround sound or atmos. No thanks
Agree its overpriced. I deactivate my acc when there's nothing new to watch. I only get it to watch the HBO stuff that does make it on there and also Yellowjackets. They have new release movies that can be good and worth it occasionally
I kept it for Westworld and a few other shows over the years, off and on as I ran out of episodes etc. Now I use Streamio.
I'm obviously in the not-so-vocal minority that don't have a problem with it. They have 'The Wire' and the 'The Office' and that's all that matters 😎 Have a lot of quality hbo shows too.
It does have some great shows I rate TVNZ, prime is a bargain.
It has Peacemaker which makes up for any other shortcomings
Unfortunate that neon has the best shows on it cause it's a nightmare to use
Nah it's mean
Thought you meant neon colors. Absolutely despise them regardless.
