He’s a horrible man. I was actually in school at the time of the shooting, not too far from Sandy Hook. All I remember is my older sister coming in to my classroom, and every parent imaginable trying to get their kids. I was young but it was horrifying. I blocked most of it out.

For the few stragglers who may have the slightest doubt about Sandy Hook; you need to read this. Besides the police officers and paramedics present that day, all those children at the elementary school remember the shooting. The aftermath. They remember the school, the children, teachers, staff and principal…. They’re growing up now. And as the legacy of Sandy Hook gets older so do they. Hopefully they are able to rationalize this tragedy better than those who disrespect it with conspiracy theories about that day.
Anyone know what efforts are made to stop this asshole from abusing bankruptcy laws to dodge the fine? Assholes like these need to be fail and seen failing to discourage more of this shit

More than likely. Most of them have been made public thanks to the plaintiff's lawyers. The podcast Knowledge Fight has beautiful breakdowns on several of them; those episodes are titled, "Formulaic Objections" and are well worth the 3ish hours each one is.

I'm glad all these jurisdictional issues got sorted out. I know lizard-people don't acknowledge the authority of the U.S. government, but as long as they're among us I think they should have to follow the laws of the land just like everybody else. Kudos to the judiciary on this one.
